Food was cold. I didn't have to wait long since I ordered beforehand. When I asked for my order they were putting it together so it wasn't like it was sitting out or anything. I assumed it was fresh and hot. The tenders weren't warm, the boneless wings were kinda but it didn't seem fresh. Fries are always a let down and just overall wasn't that great. I keep fooling myself that it would be a good idea but it's times like this that make me realize, eating at home is so much better. Especially for the cost and quality.
Ordered online for pick up. Placed an order for 10 traditional wings with the Lemon Hot flavor that’s in for limited time only and let me tell you! Fantastic and delicious!! You can never wrong with a little spice and lemon. Perfect combo and it’s a flavor that should definitely stay permanently!!

Sat, 2/24 closing shift was amazing! They helped clear out the store quickly with great service from everyone! Store was very clean also! Thank you ????
Always slow. I understand it takes time to make fresh wings but they always place you on hold and never come back to the call. Also no substitute for the worst fries in the world.
I Asked for wet. Got semi wet.
One of the bigger pieces is hard as a rock.

Ordered online and was given a 45 minute wait time. Arrived a little early and waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food ended up being ready and had gotten cold. Fries were cold and soggy. They did not give us the ranch or sauce. It's a bunch of kids who couldn't care less about making decent food or providing any level of customer service.
Very disappointed it took one hour just to get three combos that weren’t even that good. They told me that my order would take 15 to 20 minutes. I got there at 4:55 didn’t leave until almost 6 very disappointed at how long it took for me to receive my mail, but I am very disappointed that I had to sit wait in a cold restaurant and getting told that my order would be in 15 to 10 minutes in my order was still not ready within 30 minutes of sitting there and then going up again and then getting told my order will be ready in 10 minutes. Still waiting for another 30 to 40 minutes. Very disappointed food with it was warm customer service was pretty good. Just mad that when I looked back there, they were all just walking around. taking their time with my order, I do not appreciate sitting in that cold restaurant, waiting for my food for an hour straight.
