My girlfriend says the front counter acted upset about us ordering. Than the frys and wings arrive cold. I asked for my wings wet as always since sometimes they tend to be dry. Definitely not wet, barley any sauce, and just as cold as the people working. Go to the Millard location it's right everytime. THESE ARE MY WINGS IN MY AIRFRYER SINCE I HAVE TO REMAKE THEM!
Although we had to wait around 30 minutes for our food it was worth the wait. I ordered tenders while my friend ordered wings with the same flavor which were really delicious. Service was great as well and prices are reasonable, would come again.
Ordered online and was only supposed to be 15-20 mins. 40 minutes later, still waiting. And while sitting in the dining area seeing this absolutely grossed me out.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Why in the world was a male employee coming out of the women's bathroom? And the bathroom was absolutely nasty. Why can we only order online? Gross. Won't come back to this one.
It's a problem, when your dry lemon pepper wings come with a 1/2 cup of grease. So much, that it oozes out of the food container, covering my ranch dips, and pooling in the bottom of the bag. I just hope it didn't soak my passenger car seat. I had to take pics bc it's mind boggling.
It is Friday at 7pm and I wanted some wings. I am 20 mins away from this location, so I call the number from my truck to order. I figured I could order while driving and it would be done when I get there. Wrong. I drove the whole 20 mins on hold. Then I park and order my food online while still on hold parked out front the location.
After driving 20 mins, sitting out front and order online, I still never had anyone answer the phone! Probably almost 30 mins in all and was on hold the entire time. On top of that I still had to wait 20 mins for my food which was over $40.
I understand that I ordered my food at 7pm on a Friday but this is ridiculous!!
This location has really bad customer service. I called since we were missing part of our order of wings. The employee stated she packed them her self but will give us our missing order. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. When my husband went to get the other half of wings he was just given the bag and still no apology or “thank you for coming back”. When we opened the box of wings they were really hard (overly cooked) and heavily covered in lemon pepper.
Worst Wingstop location!! Avoid! Terrible customer service! This is the 2nd time I've tried to order over the phone at this location, and once again, they DO NOT answer their phones, and they DO NOT accept online orders, which is ridiculous. Poor sanitation, as nobody was washing hands before handling any food products. Sub-par quality. I live off 42nd and Gover, and had to drive all the way to the Bellevue location to get serviced because this L St location refuses to do their job that they're getting paid to do. Throw away the whole crew and start over! Terrible!!
