We waited for 45 minutes for our wings. There was so much grease in the container it was disgusting and the Frys were cold and soggy. The music in the lobby was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other or hear the cashier. Terrible will not go back to this location!
For years, we have ordered our wings from the same place… Tonight they were not able to deliver. We reluctantly ordered our wings from here. This is our new go to wing delivery. Their wings were so tasty, hot, juicy crispy skins and just overall delicious. The celery and carrots were crispy and cold. The dipping sauces were absolutely delicious. The wings were so hot still when they arrived it was shocking. Couldn’t be happier with this, and so happy our longtime place couldn’t deliver because their stuff had been going down the tubes.
Hello footies the food is awesome and that's what really matters. As far as the store operations this is on the GM ..new manager needed. Bathroom filthy...New employee being trained by your staff under paid. Surprise you still have a job.
Places an order for delivery, said to call number to make changes (I wanted wings to have extra sauce), tried calling number but it said phones were having technical issues.
Wings were delivered extremely dry, basically boneless wings that were red. Package wasn’t sealed. Later we noticed food was missing. And my friend threw up after eating them.
I submitted my order for a refund. Manager emailed saying they would refund the order. Weeks went by and no refund. I emailed the manager back and no response. I contacted the manager at the number they provided. She said we would reach out to the district manager. Still no response.
I’ve decided to just dispute the charge with my credit card to get a refund.
Came in there to pick up an order, and was thoroughly shocked that the cooks had no gloves on, and were touching people's raw food! Talk about poor sanitation!!! Rubbing his hands on his pants and then touching people's food?!?! I was thoroughly disgusted!!! ???????????????? I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and never did one of our cooks not wear gloves or ever touch somebody's raw food! Gloves were changed out several times a day by everyone in the kitchen! Is it just me, that is very funny about who cooks and touches my food?! I literally watched the tall African American gentleman grab a handful of raw food with both hands and then throw it into the fryer rub his hands on his pants, and then continue touching raw food!! Gloves should be mandatory in every restaurant! That's why so many people are getting sick across the US and abroad is because no sanitation methods are being used properly. I also witnessed the cashier messing with her nails while a customer was in front of her trying to do business with her! She was too interested in her own nails instead of trying to give customer service. I would never eat at a restaurant where gloves are not being used! The food I picked up was literally given to someone else once I saw that! And I would never recommend anyone to eat here with that lack of sanitation problem going on in that restaurant, you're actually risking getting severely sick!
The service at the establishment was satisfactory, with my order being fulfilled accurately and my request for additional pickles being met. However, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The chicken sandwich, in particular, was below average and not worth the price charged. A comparison with similar offerings from competitors such as Popeyes, KFC, and Bojangles reveals that their chicken sandwiches are both tastier and more reasonably priced. Furthermore, the interior of the restaurant is in need of cleaning and renovation, with visible rust on the metal siding of the walls. While the service provided was commendable, the overall experience was disappointing due to the subpar food quality. Consequently, I cannot recommend this establishment and would not consider returning in the future.
My son was strongly suggesting wing stop because a ton of his friends like it. So....we tried it for the first time. I decided to read the reviews and got a little worried about customer service. However my son insisted we try it for ourselves. I would say the customer service was fine. The wait time told was 14 min and it ended up being 21 min. Not a big deal. Fresh orders take time. We brought the wings home to enjoy with a movie but soon realized the order was wrong. I asked my husband “didn’t you check the bag before leaving to make sure it was correct?” His response was “ I didn’t think I needed to , the girl seemed so happy and confident so I figured it all was there”. So on to the food...besides the missing items I really have no complaints. The wings were pretty good. We had both, bone in and bone out. We all agreed the bone out wings had a ton more flavor! We tried Lemon pepper which had a huge amount of zest to it and the hickory bbq and the mild both had a flavorful kick to them. BBQ was probably the house favorite. Fries were ok. I would recommend not judging this place by the reviews as the customer service wasn’t so bad and the wings were delicious for the price.
This location and the other location in Sanford needs to be shut down. The food is DISGUSTING and service is DESPICABLE. Don’t waste your time or money.
