Horrible service, placed a online order and went there at the estimated time. Went in, gave the ladies my name at the front counter they walked off as they were going get my order. Then a guy came to the counter and started taking orders, another customer came in wanting to place a order they told him they were only accepting online orders, but he then took another lady order that walked in. I just told him give me a refund, cause he kept saying my order was coming and it never did. Other customers were steady getting their order and Im sitting there. I waited at a hour total from when I ordered online. My order was not big or elaborate so I don't know what the issue was with my order. Never again at this location.
Neva really had Wingstop. If I want good chicken, I either go to the hood or Popeyes. Anyway, the daughter wanted Wingstop, so I got the garlic parm wings (dry rub) combo. And I can tell that they don't season their chicken. Just clean it off(hopefully), flour and fry them. A lot of parm cheese on top and it was blah. The fries really saved the whole meal and gave it 1 star but then I remembered tht I had gotten the triple chocolate chunk browie! Brought them stars right on up to a 2..maybe a solid 2.5 stars. Would I visit again? No, I'm good.
Nope. Rotten vegetables (tried carrot and celery and both were sour and spit them out.) Cold fries as limp as shoelaces. Soggy chicken, also cold, and see the size. I want my money, time, and expectations back. Oh, and took over an hour from right around the corner.
I'll edit this to show my order was refunded after this review. Someone cares that I had a bad experience apparently.
Went there tonight. The little girl with red hair at the register was rude and incompetent. I will be contacting the manager and hopefully they find someone who can handle the job. Its not the hardest job sweetheart. I get there can be stress in the food industry as i worked for one myself when i was teenager. At no point was I ever rude to someone because I was stressed out. I wasn't rude to her. It was uncalled for. However I suppose I would be angry at the world too if my job was wingstop and i couldn't get anything better and hated my life. So be it. I do hope it gets better for her. ????
I went in to buy three $20 gift cards. The cashier was singing and playing on her phone so it took a while to wait on people before me in line. When I asked for gift cards, she asked someone for help from someone else. She said they didn't have any. I tried to get a drink before leaving but the machine had no ice and NO available diet drinks... I tried all of them!
Wingstop just needs to close down at this point because they never satisfy anyone i know needs. DoorDash order was literally givin away to someone else and never received my order. And it’s not the first time something like this happens. I’ve tried to give them many chances but that’s the last. Wingstop will never get business from me again and hopefully no one else cuz they don’t really care at all. Every single one I’ve been too.
I DO NOT recommend anyone visiting this location on Sherwood Forest. This is approximately the 5th or 6th time I’ve visited this location over the last two years and every single time, I’ve experienced a different problem. Today, I ordered three 10 piece wing combos and after returning home, we realized we were missing one of our 10 pieces. I called the store to try to get them to start cooking it so I could return and pick it up (because they are notorious for extremely slow service) and the rude individual that answered the phone advised that I would have to bring my ENTIRE order back to the store for her to give me the 10 piece wing that they neglected to cook and include in my order. I asked her if they’d replace my entire order because all of my food would be cold by then and she rudely said no and that she would only give me what was missing. I chose to not go back and get the additional 10 piece so that my kids could eat their warm food instead of being made to wait even longer to eat. I also filed a complaint via the feedback through the Wingstop website, which I hope makes it to the correct person. This is extremely frustrating. Their ice machine also wasn’t working after I sent my son back inside the store to get the drinks they didn’t include with the order. Every single time I have visited this location, we have been provided with very rude and inattentive service, and again the food taking a very long time to be cooked and prepared. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT visit this location and if you have visited and have had a poor experience, I urge you to share with the public. I REFUSE to return
The worst location in Baton Rouge. This Location is never on time with your order and the order will more than likely be wrong. The app gives them 25 minutes to complete your order but more often than not they won’t start preparing your order till you get there and if this upsets you they’ll take longer. Great location if you have an hour to waste waiting on a few wings though.
