Gonna start by saying I order from this location fairly regularly and haven't had a bad experience until now.
This time around, fries were portioned smaller than usual and tasted kind of old. Wings were tiny, more like Chick-Fil-A nuggets. Disappointed with this order, but it seems like it was just an off day.
4 stars because they've been good just about every other time!
Mostly leaving this review for feedback, I'll be ordering again soon. Here's hoping this is improved!
I ordered from here for lunch, and they sent me a drink with the lid half on and dirty in the cup. Cold old fries tenders were ok. I called them after they told me my order was on the way, I told them about the issue and they denied that I ever ordered from them and kept hanging up on me acting like I called the wrong store. Remember you confirmed my order and address and then denied it.
Came to this location at 11 and they close at 12 we couldn’t dine in says they close the dining area about 10 which was weird since they are open till 12 then the cashier acted like he didn’t know what he was doing I really believe he didn’t want to do any extra work since he was such in a hurry to leave right after, ordered the wrong thing and then was told I can’t change my order since it was put in already when he clearly could just communicate with his team to fix what IM GOING TO PAY for and then to top off he charging different prices for sauce when it clearly states the prices. Over all very rude and acted careless….never going to this location again…..
Good location, the wings always come out crispy and the dry rubs and sauces are on point. I usually get traditional bone and wings and lemon peppers i is my favorite. if you want the wings to be extra crispy ask for them well done.
For some reason you can't request to change the channel to some other sports. I thought that was part of the experience and these guys do not wash there hands or wear hair nets and seem like they don't care about customer service.
The quality they provide it's not worth it and never again will I come here o r recommend anyone to come here.
Been to other wing stops and they never decline to put on wrestling which is sports.

This location is filthy, the soda machine is always disgusting, tables are always sticky and dirty, bathroom smelled so bad like urine it was burning my eyes. It's a shame, I live close to this location and gave up at this point. Wings are way over cooked every time sadly this was my last time going to this location. I keep giving them another chance and have zero hope left.
Very good service helped me to look at the menu very patient and food came very fast and really nice owner
Wingstop always does the job, get you full, good flavor and not too much breading. Good stuff
