It’s nice to see younger generation giving good customer service. I walked in at 10:59 a minute before they close for my pickup order. This young lad name Logan gave me the bestest customer service. Great job wingstop for training and hiring the right people
Ordered Uber eats from this location, and all I have to say is that it’s definitely one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve been to! The wings were hot and fresh when they arrived as well as perfectly seasoned and crispy! Much appreciated customer service from you guys!
I had placed a order in the store for bone in wings. When I came back home all the wings were boneless. When I spoke to the lady when I called to let them know of the situation, she told me to bring the wings back to the store to get the bone in wings cause she had no proof the wings I received were boneless. And I told her that I lived a hour away from Ardmore and she could do anything.
Absolutely the worst wing stop location Iv ever been too. I have gave this location 3 different occasions and every single time they have let me down. Gave us horrible service, cold food, forgets multiple things on the order. Will never go back again. This store needs new management or to shut down.
I DoorDash their food and it always smells so good and I finally got to try it and it was the best chicken and fries I have had in a long time!!
Staff doesn’t care about the customers very much and our food was never made prior to ordering 45 minutes before pick up.
Wings were a little on the over cooked side last visit. However, that was a one off as consistently they have been fresh and of plants sauce.
Will say I would like the fried to be more fresh, always ask for extra seasoning and never receive it. All solid wingstop location, good area to get in and out of.
