Hands down the best Wingstop in Columbus. Food comes out hot, fast and correct. The manager Lorne has exceptional customer service and you can tell he loves what he does. Their specials make this place a great value too.
I always go and it’s good and I see the same people and I went in and same thing but this time the food was so bad. The Cajun corn had no seasoning and one of them was cold. My boyfriend’s hot honey wings were good but his hot and my lemon pepper wings were so bad ! My lemon pepper wings had no seasoning ???? like that’s the whole point. I’m sad for the night. It was a bit messy in there but it is okay they were a bit busy so it’s understandable! Anywho don’t let me down like this again.
I am a Door Dasher. I waited almost an hour to get my two orders, never got them. They are so unorganized and don't know what they're doing. There were bags stacking up and they weren't giving them to the people. Do not order from this area, this place is a joke. Do better.
Place is unorganized workers are very rude. I sat there for 5 minutes while no other customer was in there till they asked me what I was here for. Called to place an order as well one time the lady left me on hold for 10 minutes. The bags are always covered in the sauce and the fries are usually cold and soggy when you eat them.
If you have never had wingstop, this is THE wingstop to go to. Manager is super kind and friendly. Takes pride in his work. Most definitely coming back again!
Came here to pick up a order for someone, and the gentleman that was working was very rude to everyone that was picking up orders for Uber, doordash, or for whoever they may work for, even the customers. I understand he must have been in a very upset mood because he was forced to work hard. But that's no reason to treat people bad.
Ordered delivery on the app. Wings were overly wet and leaked everywhere which some may like.
I also ordered tenders which were not delivered. I contacted the store and the manager said I had to pick up. I advised I paid for delivery and asked for a refund. She said I would have to go to a website to get a refund…so they will take your money but not refund it when THEY mess up!
Do not order from here without checking your order before leaving the store. And just don’t order from here for delivery!
Came here with a few pals and to put it shortly; we had a ball. When we entered the store, Doyle treated us with respect and humility and made us feel right at home. Our food came out very fast and was excellent, especially the fries. Mmm Mmm Mmm. Would recommend to anyone in the olentangy area.
