Been here a couple times. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not so much. It’s basically one step above fast food though so cannot expect gourmet. Good for a quick bite to eat and the food is usually good. They do tend to forget things if you don’t check. For example dipping sauces or if you get a fry upgrade (ex voodoo, buffalo etc) they may mistakenly give you regular fries instead
I would like to comment on how kind, professional, and patient the employee was that helped us. Her name was Shannon. She was so polite and helpful with me and my kids. We got our food in a timely manner, made sure we had all the take- out items and asked if needed anything else. It is so nice to have someone with a positive attitude. Our order was correct and made my family and dinner a very pleasant experience. Ask for Shannon ( assistant manager) I believe, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Shannon ( and cooks who made our food) We definitely will be back again soon ????
I ordered wings and fries from this Wingstop the wings were so greasy I had to throw most away! Just hot off work I've been on hold for 20 minutes I've hung up and called back the girl keeps saying please hold and still has not answered!
Manager Jesus went above and beyond to correct our order.
Our order was missing cheese fries and we spoke to him on the phone and he told us to come in and he would replace the item for us.
When we came in he replaced our whole order and apologized multiple times.
Compared to past issues we have had this time we left very happy instead of annoyed.
He made this inconvenience into the highlight of our day.

I order a 10flat well done dry rub wings meal ranch and side of cheese. Young lady stated it would be 30min wait no problem cause I figured I would have to wait. Sure my order was called looked into the bag saw my order was right. Go home to find out all my food is COLD I mean COLD u would think my order was (DoorDash) my fries were dry and over cooked half way empty and COLD. Chicken was cold and very much still lightly pink in the inside. Tried to call but phones just keep ringing y’all need to do better
I love this store! Staff so friendly and helpful. I was in yesterday and my order was correct and hot and delicious! The ladies working were super nice and accommodating!! This wing stop is the best!
Yesterday we stopped in for lunch this was our first time at this location and got wings and a few sandwiches the girl that helped us I believe her name was Shannon was so nice got everything in order correct food was hot and delish! 10/10 recommend and thanks again to Shannon for being smiley and funny and getting everything right
i love wingstop first of all, and there’s two grown women that work here that are my favorite, they’re so sweet with me i adore them , come in for a pick up and go , or come in place ur order, get ur drink , sit down and wait for them to call your name and then they do repeat ur order to confirm that’s wat u wanted
