The food at Wingstop is always really great. The service has gotten a little bit better over the past few months. Sometimes the staff is a little short, but understandably it is always very busy at this location off of Penn. This is my go to place for wings for an easy carry out night.
I had a free combo meal thing and figured id try the chicken....well im glad i didnt spend any money. The soda machine was completely out of soda and the lady at the front knew this but kept sellin ppl sodas only for them to only get non filtered water. The fries were soggy and gross...so gross my dog refused to eat them....i ordered hickory smoked bbq chicken and was presented with what tasted like ketchup flavoured bbq sauce with spice added. The whole place was dirrty. I work in the delivery industry so i see this place often. Never would i recommend this place to anyone. The staff had no hospitality what so ever.
Left before we ordered, waited atleast 5 minutes as a group of 4 works sat around and talked. Nobody wearing gloves who were preparing foods even the person cutting the carrots and celery. Not even greeted. Don’t see how someone can own a business and not care about how it’s ran. Look at the other reviews and you can see it is common to receive terrible customer service and nasty food. Glad we left before spending money up here.
Posting this before I even have my food because I definitely have the time to ????????♂️ been almost 45 minutes and at least 3 different people have asked me “wHaTs YoUr OrDeR?” Just a sandwich, 6 tenders and a fry. $23 so not bad for price but definitely won’t come back because of how slow. Probably should have went to KFC across the street
I was hoping to address this directly w/Wingstop but they make it difficult to “contact” them. Called numerous times with no answer. Tried giving them feedback on the app on the receipt and it wouldn’t go thru. I tried the Buffalo thighs and they were raw inside. So gross, thankful I didn’t get food poisoning. Needless to say we had no interest in eating our meal after that. My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and it was forgotten. Got my order approximately 35 minutes later. Had 2 drinks with my order and the soda machine wasn’t working. Such a disappointment! Wingstop used to be one of my faves but they have really gone downhill.
Ordered here for the first time and my fries are burnt so couldn’t even eat them they just didn’t taste right
Low class place. They are very unwelcoming. No one was in the store and it took 25 minutes to get 8 wings. I also have never been to a wing shop that charged for a side blue cheese and most of the soda selections were not working.
Went into this location this morning about 11:25 am to pick up my order the store was not even all the way together. The mats was still rolled up by the door , trash can was by the bench were people sit, two of the employees was outside and the fellas that was inside assisted me. This store is only good for business when certain managers run shift.
