I just had the WORST experience!!! This place is ran by children when the GM is away. What a joke!! I definitely contacted corporate and will fight this till the end. I'm shocked this place has 3.4 stars it should have negative stars. Here's the kicker, I don't even eat meat, I was ordering for my niece.
Do not go to this location! I called to place an order at 10:30pm. No one answered so I ordered online. I went to pick up my order which was eight wings with a dry rub. When I opened the carton it was full of oil. This is completely unacceptable and I will never go to this location again.
Went to this establishment and the employee told me to pay in cash or order online. 10 mins later someone came in and ordered and paid with a card. I asked the cashier why they can use a card and I couldn’t and she stated she didn’t know what the other cashier was talking about. Idk if this establishment is trustworthy
I order food at this wingstop from the app at 936 pm. Came to pick up my food. The young lady was nice about looking for my food. Asked her was everything in the bag. She said yes. Got my drinks. Left and went home. My wife went thru the bag and she said. There’s only one 10 pc in the bag. I was heated. But I’m not about to call nor drive back to this wingstop. This is the second time that my order was messed up.
Waited 20 minutes for some cold flavorless wings!!! Not to mention over price next time I’ll just drink water to fill myself
Writing this review as I currently wait over 10 mins for boneless wings. this Wingstop location has by far some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I was basically forced to order online once I arrived to the store and they told me they couldn’t take my order even though I needed to pay with cash (which isn’t an option on the website). I have had a horrible experience at this location over 3 times but sadly it is the closest location to my house. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the ranch.
My first time here I came for my 12 year old daughter that has been asking to try wingstop for 9 months lol so today I decided to get her some lemon flavor ones she gave me one of her 10 wings and I was very impressed. I will be back for my 10 of my own real soon..
Ordered traditional lemon pepper and garlic parm wings for my cheat day, I received all drummets even though that’s not what I requested thinking they’d be mixed since that’s normally how it’s done (maybe it’s changed since I last ordered wings). Neither had flavor! My fries were cold, and I noticed that leaving the store, however there were only 2 people initially and a 3rd showed up later so I didn’t want to make a big fuss. Figured I’d just put them in the oven when I got home. Food was a no for me, Cashier was nice though!
