Not only are they always getting someone’s order wrong BUT TO FIND HAIR I MY FOOD then the F A G G O T manager there hangs up in my face yeah I’m calling the Heath Department ASAP!
Normally I do not write reviews but we had such a negative experience. We order our food, and have to deal with a extremely rude cashier ( I think her name was Sharon defiantly not sure) while checking out, but whatever. Then we wait over a hour for our food after being promised no more than 15 minutes. We finally get our food and leave. After arriving at home we realize that they forgot half of our order. We call to see if we could get a refund, store credit, or simply go and pickup our food and we have to deal with the extremely rude cashier that informs us if we want our food we have to bring in the bag and recipt and then rudely hangs up on us. Overall a very negative experience, treat customers awful.
This wing stop location really disappointed. Spent over $50 on wings, celery and fries on a to go order (which asks specifics on how you want everything prepared). There usually won’t be anything left when my family eats wing stop. We all love the fries with seasoning and the wings! However, when we ordered from this location, there was about half of the order or more left over. There was absolutely no seasoning on the fries when we specified extra seasoning. They were bland. Usually, the fries will be pretty consistently cut, also. For whatever reason with this order, there were tons of really big pieces that would be better classified as potato logs/wedges that you would typically receive with a fried chicken order from a deli. Since there were so many chunky pieces of potatoes, they were not cooked thoroughly. And to top it all off, the wings were so overcooked it sounded like I was biting a veggie stick instead of chicken. No exaggeration, you can clearly see in the photos how dry they look and you can see down to the bone in many places. The skin broke up like powder when biting into them and there was hardly any meat left on any. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any wing stop location. I’m hoping it’s just this location, as we love wing stop as previously stated. So, maybe try another location if you’re wanting to order! Bummer.
While this Wingstop location in Gainesville, FL provided prompt service and got my order right, I was disappointed by the excessive saltiness of my wings. Despite being a loyal Wingstop fan who always seeks out locations when traveling, this experience left me unsatisfied, especially considering my high expectations. Compared to my previous Wingstop encounters, this one fell short, and I hope they can improve the seasoning consistency in the future.
Never got my food.. I have to give a shout out to the person I talked to on the phone, but all in all nothing worked out lol. I love Wingstop but apparently the manager is always busy whether they’re busy or not.
I ordered my food, hoping for something quick. But 5 people who came in after me got their food first. On top of that, they gave me soggy fries. Food was good at least.
Service was helpful, polite, quick and direct. The food was mediocre but that’s to be expected from a fast food wings place. The atmosphere was also not necessarily desirable as it was very crowded and there is very minimal seating. That said, the customer service makes up for the atmosphere.
The people were very nice. I got a 10 pc jumbo to go. Sadly fries were cold and I got a total of 8 wings. Not a great experience.
