Placed an order on 4/13 for 20 boneless wings, picked it up, got home 3 minutes later, then noticed that half the wings were missing. I called immediately, and was greeted by one of the rudest managers I've ever encountered. I don't call places much to point out an order mistake, and I've gone here plenty of times the past couple of years with no issues. This lady "checked the cameras" and stated the food is in the bag. I'm not here to cheat companies out of 10 boneless wings. I just want to get what I paid for.
I was told to come in, came in about 4 minutes later, and still got an attitude from the same woman. Why fight for a company that will dispose of you at the drop of a dime for 10 funky boneless wings? It's embarrassing going back and forth over an order in front of other patrons. I eventually got the wings after asking to see this supposed camera footage, but that entire interaction was ridiculous.
Only in black areas will you get treated like this. Anywhere else, it's "oh! Come right back and we'll make it right!". Not here though. Think twice about going to this location for your chicken wing needs. Food was fire though.
If I could give less stars than one I would.
BEWARE as of 04/19/24 around 10pm CDT. My partner and I got wing stop and 2 hours later we were throwing up etc.
Here we are Day two and still sick.
The fries I had received looked liked dehydrated fruit and looked like it’s was left out all day.
Due to this food poisoning, I will never eat wings stop, and especially this location again.
South siders, try the Hyde park location. Or don’t ever order online, watch them cook it in front of you.
Update: Day 5 and still sick. I haven’t been able to keep anything down. Went to urgent care, they verified its was food poison!
Horrible.
It really depends on how far I want to drive when if I go here. The wings are fair, but the fries are usually good. The staff are very friendly and polite and they move decently fast
5/18/2024 6:30 pm, delivery..Items missing.. whoever’s bagging the orders should pay better attention to their job and make sure everything’s in the bag before sending it off.. For best results go in store and check everything to see if it’s the way you want it done and everything you pay for is in the bag because the employees are allergic to paying attention at a simple job
I don't get why everytime I go to this location I have to go through the same thing. I ask for my wings to be fried 26 mins and they say we did fry them well done 18mins...
Completely got my order wrong, I've never been yelled at over the phone like that before.
Extremely rude to me, I don't appreciate that.
I tried to get this lady to understand but she kept repeating the same thing to me.
I feel disrespected as a customer and I will no longer give service to this location.
I don’t see myself buying any more food from this place. My daughter loves the chicken sandwiches so we go there on days she has a half day at school but every time I order the bone in wings for myself they are always severely overcooked. I get home thinking I might have finally gotten a good batch but it gets worse every time. The wings are cooked so hard I can’t eat them. I have asked if they could not cook them hard but it’s done anyway. I love the fries but the bone in chicken is horrible.
They messed up my Online order. I asked for cheese fries with no seasoning. I got home and not only did they not put cheese on my fries, they seasoned them. I also asked for tenders and they gave me boneless wings. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location, they are always messing up peoples orders
