First time ever eating at an Wingstop and I have no desire to eat here ever again. After reading several past reviews where majority of the complaints revolved around poor customer service, I felt relieved knowing that I wasn't crazy. The short chubby woman at the cash register definitely has an attitude.

I ordered the lemon pepper, boneless chicken and seasoned fries. My food was lukewarm. The lemon pepper boneless chicken was okay, they overdid it with the lemon pepper seasoning. Fries were good.
I think you guys forgot to add sauce to the wings. I can see bare chicken, it’s especially egregious on the mango habanero ones. Barely any sauce.
The employees were not very attentive. The food was extremely oily and I ordered dry rub. It was disgusting and suspicious. Never go to this location.
Just FYI... chicken sandwich is literally small breaded piece of chicken, sauce, bread. No lettuce. No tomatoes. No cheese. Nothing. Absolutely absurd. I can't believe that you could get a better chicken sandwich at half the price at some random fast food jack in the box McDonald's Wendy's etc.
Went for the hot box combo 7 times and each time (except last night) they were awesome. I got 7 drums and a wing, with a grease filled box, ranch spilled in the bag and terrible service upon arrival. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes the guy that came to the counter started to fake answering phone calls while checking out his register to not help customers, then he proceeds to act as if I need my roommate and my own picture order verification for food. Afterwards a girl comes ask for the names and gives me bags that were sitting on the shelf the whole 20 minutes I was there. Don't have teenage boys working with teenage girls that only try entertaining each other instead of customers. My friend had his two hot box combos and a 20 piece messed up and they acted as if he messed up the food or put all the grease in his wing containers, please address this location and bring some semblance of professionalism to this location. People pay decent hard earned money for food that is supposed to consistently pleasing to the pallet and don't have time to go back or wait for another order to get made as we all have lives. Please do something to assure customers aren't constantly getting screwed with no recourse because they don't have time to fight with negligent employees.
I decided to get some parmesan and bbq wings with fríes, I got the wrong order. The parmesan wings were terrible, tasteless, grease and salty, the bbq wings were ok. The fríes were so salty, i just didn't enjoy them. Taco Bell food has more taste than this wings. I am unable to understand how this franchise of food still operating.
I placed an order online at this location. I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AMD YOUR EMPLOYEEWAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! SHE WOULDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER AND HUNG UP ON MY TWICE!!! VERY NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION AMD NASTY RUDE GHETTO EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!
I’m from Texas and order this specific Wingstop 2 days in a row while visiting. Thinking maybe the first day it was so delicious and it was a fluke. Apparently this restaurant is just really up to par with the food and knows how to make the wings and fries.
