Delicious fries. That ended my hunger quicker than other burger joints. Cashier Allen was a very pleasant man to talk with. I definitely look forward to come back again at this specific spot.
And they got my fries ready in less than 6 minutes.
We love wing stop but there are times when they do fall behind and the orders are not ready for pickup even when you call them in order through the app he may have to wait a little a bit while there. The chicken is hot and made to order so it's always fresh I've never had old tasting chicken or chicken that has tasted like it set out to long. Back uncertainly happen at some of these fried chicken places, but not here. The fries are anticlimactic being that they are fresh natural cut fries but the most bland and flavorless fries I've had thus far. The last online we placed charged us for an extra lemonade, which was okay but when I told the cashier that was an error, she didn't offer a refund, she gave the two lemonades instead, and kept the money..hmm. its all good, get it how you live playa! But you can't beat the bundle prices for that good chicken! We order to the office often so you can't beat the prices for the quality! Just stop putting the that fairy dust on my fries and we good

- Very expensive and slow. 6 pc wings = $17 and 18 minute wait (they do not have a way of letting you know it's ready unless you wait there). Wow. Apparently when I ordered 6 pc wings they automatically upcharged me to a combo, telling me that's the ONLY way you can get 6 wings. They told me this when I picked up the food and rejected the fries (which I didn't want, per my diet). Considering that the wings don't have much meat on them, almost $3 per wing seems rather steep!
Note also that the only non-breaded wing option is bone-in, and some of their flavorings seem to have dairy in them, so it's not a great option for some people with dietary restrictions.
I do not intend to give them my business again.
The food was okay, about as good as you would expect from a chain. Not as spicy as Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer service was lacking though. We ordered dine-in, but they packed ours to go. Even after they realized the mistake, they didn’t do anything to fix it. Also, there is no trash can here.
Allen (new workers ,he started 6 days ago )AWESOME man ,so kind ,so polite and funny. He is trying so hard to be perfect at his job and he is succeeding . I really want him to achieve all his goals. And please all his coworkers be patient with him . Thank you again Allen !
The atmosphere of this location is wayyy better than it seems. The food orders here are NEVER messed up and they are always so generous with the sauces, serving sizes & UTENSILS/WIPES!!
Food was fresh and cooked to order cashier Kimberly was very polite and helpful when trying to decide between the Louisiana Red and the Voodoo fries. We loved the Voodoo but will try the Louisiana Red on our next visit
I got the 15 wings for two special these wings were so overcooked it was literally like eating chicken jerky!!!! Also I ordered the Louisiana rub in the bottom of the container was complete oil or butter when it’s supposed to be a dry rub also had a weird smell to the wings plus the establishment was extremely dirty I gave it two stars because the fries were hot and nicely cooked I worked in a bar and restaurant and specialized in wings and these wings were already pre-cooked and waiting for people to order Then they just sauced them and taped the bag up so you couldn’t check before you left. Won’t come back to this location!!! But I will drive to the Bellevue location instead…
