I don’t live in Santa Fe so when I was in the area I had placed an online order. I’ve never had issues before with checking the food before leaving so when I came and picked up my order I went straight home took about 35 minutes to get home and when I opened the box I had noticed that I had got the completely wrong order. I had got the wrong flavor of wings & unfortunately the ones I received was the “atomic” flavor which was wayyy to hot for me and my kids so we had no choice to throw them away as I couldn’t drive back that same day to Santa Fe. I called and spoke to the manager to let her know what happened and she gave me a credit to remake my order next time I was in Santa Fe which was fine. When I went back to Santa Fe I went in and explained the situation to the cashier. She had a horrible attitude and walked away as she went to go get the manager. The cashier then came back and said “Your gonna have to wait 15 minutes to speak with the manager” I said how is that possible?? The wait to order food was already 35 minutes so why would I wait 15 minutes just to talk to the manager? The cashier then walked away and I had to go call the manager myself. The manager seemed really irritated that I went for my credit order. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this location. I understand orders sometimes get messed up but if your going to credit please don’t be hateful about it when going for the remake order.
if i could rate this 0 stars i would. Went in there around 10 pm monday night and walked up to the counter to place an order, they cashier looked me up and down and said, “sorry we’re not taking any more orders right now, we’re too understaffed”. so after that we left and from the parking lot I saw a guy walk and and place an order and wait for it. Would’ve loved to review the food but we weren’t allowed to order any.
Everything is amazing here the food the people just loved my experience when I came to eat here thank you wingstop ????

I always order delivery since I LOVE the Voodoo Fries. But I stopped in to pick up the Cajun special. I watched a young man make the fries tossing them carefully in Small batches. No wonder they taste so good. But the star of the show was a young woman at the counter named Heaven. She was polite and attentive. I watched greet every customer as they entered and thank each customer as they left.
GO WINGSTOP. Your delish treats and great staff will keep you a winner!
I always order extra seasoning on my fries, they never even put any seasoning on them,,, I always order my wings extra crispy , a extra 5 minutes , and sometimes I get them, cooked extra.. tonight they were not cooked extra,, too late to drive all the way back,,
You guys are the best, I love the food there and the customer service
I really enjoy the wings from this location, the workers are always super nice and keep the lobby super clean!
