On Friday evening, I ordered a 10 piece with fries. I really like Wingstop's food, but it's clear the employees need training. The fries were soggy and the wings were served in a pool of grease as if they came out of the fryer and went straight into the box. Fries will get cold, so maybe add them to orders once the customer arrives so they're as hot as possible.
Also, always drain the chicken before you season them and certainly before they go in the box. Be aware of food presentation. I know they are fried, but I had to literally pour the grease out of the box and pat them down with a paper towel before I could eat them.
Finally, train the staff to look professional and the importance of good customer service. The cashier was wearing a bonnet at work and while she was pleasant, she looked neither neat, clean, or professional, which impacts the perception of food cleanliness. Train your team.
I walked in the manager is cooking with no gloves. Touching different surfaces without changing gloves. The young lady handling the food was also not wearing gloves. They gave no customer service. The only thing said to me within 15 minutes of my being there was nothing is ready. Mind you my order was placed online. The young lady in the front was mopping and didn't put a wet floor sign, I almost fell. She was very rude as well just stating that she was supposed to be off. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I asked for a refund and the “manager “ spoke to me via the young ladies saying that he can't process it and I have to wait which is fine. THIS IS JUST UNSANITARY.
My experience here was awful. I placed an online order and I walked in when the order said it would be ready within 0-3 minutes. I arrive at the counter and the lady said it wasn’t ready, cool. I waited about 10 minutes and asked for an update on my order and she said that they were finishing up so give it 5-10 more minutes, cool. I guess when I arrived she was about to get off so she didn’t really care what I had to say about my order. I then went to the side window for pick up orders and I just asked the first person I saw was my order ready and the girl looked at me shrugged her shoulders and shook her head and said “I don’t know, I’m the cook you need to ask someone else”. Mhmm….okay. A man stepped in who I saw pulling trash when I first walked in asked me the name on my order and I told him and my food was sitting there THE ENTIRE TIME. I’m not sure where to even start because all the reviews I have been seeing are quite horrible. I’m not sure if there needs to be more training, better management, they need to close down and try again or all of the above, but something has got to change. OH and to top it off….all my food was salty. ????
I specifically ordered Cajun Wings, but I was given buffalo-flavored wings that were so unpalatable that I couldn't even finish them. Additionally, my fries were not seasoned properly and I noticed that the person serving everyone else was seasoning their fries except for mine. As a result, my stomach is in severe discomfort. I find this completely unacceptable. The only thing that was done right was the lemonade.
I was hungry one night so I ordered this food via Uber Eats or doordash. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings and parmesan chicken wings. The wings were a good size but they needed to be cooked a little longer. That's only if you want them to be really kind of crispy. I also ordered two barbecue chicken tenders which was pretty good.
I was really surprised by the cajun fries I don't know what I expected but they were really good kind of reminded me of 5 Guys. If you can't take the heat do not order cajun fries that's all I'm going to say. They weren't super hot but they were they had some definite kick.
Another nice surprise is that they sell yeast rolls oh my God I love yeast rolls. They were so so good. I would definitely order from here again.

The Bonless wings were on sale - they were awesome - the Chicken sandwich was also great - fries a bit salty and 100 pops to choose from was nice.

I had just finished moving into the area, and was on my way back after dropping off the truck when I figured I’d have Wingstop for dinner. I was driving so I called to place my order. When the girl answered the phone, I expressed that I wanted to place a pick up order to which she responded, “You can’t, you have to place it online or in person”. I said, “So yall don’t take orders over the phone?” She said, “Naw.” I’ve never heard of a Wingstop not taking call in orders, but ok. I was about to say “So why even pick up the phone?”, but I sensed it was a lost cause and just hung up. Red flag/strike 1. After that, I decided to pull over and place my order online thinking I’ll give it a chance anyway. I tried twice to submit my order and pay with Apple Pay and it wouldn’t go through with two different cards. Red flags/strikes 2 & 3. Mind you I’m not broke, so I took it as a sign and went to Popeyes down the street. Had zero issues even tho they were insanely busy.
Side note: After the short phone interaction I mentioned earlier, I made it a point to remember to look at the reviews for this location when I got a chance. Upon doing so, they are exactly as I suspected just based off that one phone call. I love Wingstop, but I will never set foot in this location.
I originally was going to order delivery then I changed it to carry out. I came in to pick up my order and was impressed by the cleanliness of the store as well as the professional appearance of the staff. I was quickly greeted and given my order. The store was empty and had plenty of seating so I decided to sit here and eat. All of my food was correct, it was hot and tasted fresh, just like it should. The ranch was nice and cold and paired well with my meal. I have sat here enjoying my meal for about 30 minutes and observed every other customer receiving the same treatment. The time from order to receipt for those customers was very acceptable in my opinion. Everyone here was working and the effectiveness of their communication with each other seems exemplary. I’d recommend this location if you are close by.
