The boneless wings are delicious. We ordered wet and dry seasonings.
The quality of chicken is very good. The dry seasoning was well distributed, and the wet seasoning completed coated the chicken.
The online ordering process was quick and easy. In store pickup was a breeze.
This location is in a strip mall. No issues parking.
Service was great, food was excellent and hot, received my order in about 10-15 minutes. You guys are awesome. Cat and noah were great. Can’t wait till I’m hungry again, I’ll be back…
The female lead was rude and had an attitude with all the customers. She didn’t have any sense of urgency with any customer orders. She was handling the money and was touching the food. She was rude to her co-workers. We inquired about our order after waiting 40 minutes while watching customers who ordered after us receive their food. She said our food was ready and made us sit for another 10 minutes until I asked for a refund. She refused our refund and continued to be rude. We didn’t get everything we paid for. Absolute worst experience I had at a restaurant in years. Do not go to this location. Expressway location is great and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an order.
I’ve never had fewer wings than what I order, but I have gotten more on several occasions. Love this place. Always hits. Great people working.
So.... Service and Atmosphere were all great. The cashiers were courteous and the 2nd day of opening was bussssyyyy. Being that the store just opened, I expected the wait and the rush and frustration from both customers and staff because it was .70 boneless day. I placed an online order. Picked it up about 45 minutes after it was placed. The food was cold. The boneless Buffalo I got was extremely cold and the chicken had a crunch to it. The Cajun corn I got was dry and over cooked. With the constant rush of walk in and online orders, I was not expecting cold food. I am really excited this location is open and I'm sure I'll be back.
Ordered Two different flavors hardly seasoned. Spoke with the manager she seemed like she did want to be bothered and did not offer to replace my order. She just asked what would you like for me to do Hell what do you think! Really! Horrible service!
Everytime I pick up an order here it takes 20 minutes. Watched a female worker stand there today doing absolutely nothing even after asked to do things repeatedly. Watched them let a $300 order not paid for walk out the door. Insane. Won’t be coming back here. Unfortunate. Get better staff!
I'm disappointed with wingstop. We waited a long time for the food. It was bagged and sealed so I assumed it was fresh. I waited around 10 minutes past the estimated ready time. No big deal if the food is fresh. Had to go back in to get our cups because the wife ordered drinks. Get home and the food is cold. Not even warm it's cold. We used the microwave to warm up our food. Disappointed!
