While it's not the stores fault my online order had the incorrect name on It thanks to Google; they did let me stand and wait for my order that was already completed an extra 20 mins in store instead of communicating that they didn't find an order with my name (at which point I would have said oh, it might be under a different name due to me ordering from someone else's account).
After standing there waiting and them asking me twice the name on the order- they finally asked to view the order itself to give me subpar, but edible, boneless wings with some sauce poured on top and 'cheese' fries that had as much cheese as what I'd imagine a square of American would produce. After getting no tips on doordash running orders for this store- I can see why when they can't even add the dips you order on a small simple order.
Placed an online order just to get to the store for them to say “ we don’t have tenders”. We didn’t want wings, we asked for our refund and the gentleman handling the cashier basically said he will get around to it when he gets to it.
Very unprofessional, if you run out of something update your inventory instead of people having to place an order and turn around and they not have that item on stock. This specific wingstop needs to work on its customer service skills and provided refunds if an order is unable to get filled. If short staffed, hire more people.
I visited Wingstop in February of 2024, it is now April 2024. At the time there was a problem with my order; the store said that there was no manager available to help me. I contacted customer service. They didnt acknowlge my concerns, they simply emailed a $10 gift card. When I tried to use it, the code did not work. I have been trying to reach them since February 2024 and have the following 'ticket numbers' open.

Today I just gave up trying to resolve this matter and decided to share my conerns on Google. I wont waste another dime on this place.
Completely undercooked fries when I asked for well done. Chicken wasn’t fried long enough either. Wasn’t even fully cooked and I asked for well done. This was my first experience from wing stop. Won’t be reordering
I do not understand some of these reviews. My husband and I always order from this location and never once had an issue. Our food always tastes so good and the staff is great.
Very lazy workers , every time I come in here they don’t want to take new orders and they ask you to place an online order instead , which is the same thing . Wait time is ridiculous as well .
Waited on the phone for 12 minutes - then as i’m ordering i’m asked “is that it” after every single item. It was her tone that did it for me. I ended up hanging up. Very rude and not professional at all.
Nice little place. Good wing flavors. If you are looking for crazy hot wings, these might not satisfy you. They play rap music for you to enjoy while you eat.
