I visited this location in mid-August 2023. We decided to stay for indoor dining. There were many seats inside if you choose indoor dining. It took a while to receive our order I would say well over 25 minutes. I assume all business are short staffed and they were making the food fresh. When our order arrived two were incorrect, when we brought this to the attention of the staff them seemed to be really agitated and upset. They were trying to figure out who exactly took our order, the name was onto of the receipt. it was quite puzzling as you would think the staff knows all of their employees. We received our correct order the staff weren’t to kind about it as if we disrupted them. A positive is the food was piping hot. The restroom was also really clean. The business accepts both cash and card. This was my first time eating at a Wing Stop and I can’t say I’ll return.
I’d go back. Food was great, staff was nice, parking area and plaza was easy to navigate.
For a few months their garlic parmigiana wings suck it’s like they don’t season it correctly or follow directions. They don’t even listen to an order correctly . Then they get mad when you bring it to their attention it’s like take accountability for messing up . And fix my order or give me my money back horrible experience
If you like to waste money please order from here! We ordered wings with fries. The wings tasted like they been in the freezer for a decade and tasted disgusting! The fries were soggy and gross. We were very disappointed to have cheated on Buffalo Wild Wings ????
Had delivery and they got the order correct which was a big plus! Loved the corn bites (like i dream of them) and loaded fries with ranch! Regular cheese fries were ok. Hubs got the chicken wings which he said were good but not the best he has had. Would order from them again!
I bought chicken wings and french fries. We threw away the fries without eating them. They were fried in very old oil, they were black and had a strong smell of burnt oil. It was expensive. I would not recommend it.
I got food from here after seeing so much hype about the tenders. I got the Cajun tenders, tried it, and it tasted like they got it from the fridge and microwaved it. It was also very over seasoned and not crispy at all. The fries were ok, didn’t really taste like anything but with ketchup it was great. Lastly, I got a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t as bad as the tenders but was nothing great either. It also tasted like it was refrigerated and microwaved, but the bread washed the taste out so it wasn’t as bad. The food was so unappetizing, I struggled to finish it.Overall a 3/10. Would not come back again.
Please do not give this establishment any of your hard earned money. Simply put, they do not care. Very disrespectful and unorganized staff.
