To start, the wings and fries are always very soggy. I came here a second time to give it another chance it once again all the food was super soggy and unpleasant tasting. The service is not too good, I waited a long time to be able to put my order in. The atmosphere is unpleasant it is always dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. I don’t recommend this place at all.
They are ridiculously stingy with the sauce. The one thing that makes wing stop good, these things were pretty much nuggets. They also forgot my sauces. Go elsewhere
Ordered my food through the app. Had that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there, it wasn’t ready and had to wait another 25 minutes for it. Got home and half of our order was missing. I called back and they said i can go back there and pick up the rest of the food, but we don’t live near the location and was told i would be reimbursed for my order. 6 weeks later and it’s still not reimbursed. I’ve called every week and am told that “the manager is submitting it tomorrow” or “the manager will call you and confirm it’s gone through”. I’d really just like to be reimbursed for the order since it was over $30 of missing items.
this place is NASTYYYY!! i was driving past and saw one of the workers sitting on the pick up counter with his BARE A$$ FEET definitely not sanitary and would never eat from this place ???????????? istg two seconds before I took this picture dude smelt his foot I would not recommend eating from this place unless you like feet ???????????? flabbergasted when I saw that????where is the manager or supervisor?? it’s like it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers very unprofessional.
I used to order from here a lot and had no issues. I put in an delivery order on the wingstop app after about 45 minutes I get an email that delivery got canceled when I call the store to ask why and if i can get a refund they said its ready I have to come and pick it up ( that i was unable to do) avoiding the question alot so no help whatsoever
Update: I was promised a refund will be in my account in 3 days it's been a week, no refund, don't come here unless you want your money stolen
Ordered mild boneless wings, and this is what I received. Called the store back and manager argued with me saying that's how their mild is and that there is nothing she can do for me. Contacted customer service to let them know what was going on. Never going there again. If i wanted chicken tender/ nugget I would've went to Mcdonald's. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
They are extremely slow, employees are rude, and literally do not even acknowledge customers when they walk in. Food is overcooked with no sauce. Soda machine is never has anything you want. Also don't even get me started on how absolutely disgusting the bathrooms are. Seriously I love wingstop but this location is by far the worst experience ever.
Do not order from here. They screwed up the 3rd order in a row. The guy legitimately said he won’t tell me his name when I called to complain. 50 places to get wings, for for sure this is not one
