Ordered lemon pepper wings 30 count. Barely any lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. This location keeps messing up orders. We go here because it's closest but it seems orders aren't being made correctly too often.
I love their mango habanero flavor! I really LOVE the new maple sriracha flavor they had though! That one was amazing! Please bring it back
I called to tell them my drink was not delivered and the RUDE DISRESPECTFUL manager said they sent the drink with the driver and there was nothing she could do. Before I knew she was the “manager” I asked to speak to one she said I am one and I’m telling you it’s not my issue I sent it with the driver and you have to deal with DoorDash I said why if your the one who sent it with them not me and she said not my issues and hung up on me! DoorDash told me it’s a Wingstop issued because they are the ones that get paid and they pay them out!! This is the worst service I’ve ever received over a drink and my intention was just to tell them it wasn’t being delivered, but this location will never get my money again! The disrespect from probably them is unacceptable!
I place my order online and it said that the order should be ready in 58-63 minutes, I also did not receive a message when it was ready.I arrive and took 40 more minutes for me to get my order. They had enough people to complete all the orders that they had but they were not capable of completing my online order during the time period. When I checked my food my fries where not fully cooked and the boneless wings did not have much sauce. Not only my self but other costumers where complaining about there food and how long it took. When approaching the cashier he seemed like he did not know what he was doing and was not helpful.
I had been very happy the past few times I ordered. But this time, I ordered 10 wings and received 6. It will cost me more in gas to go back and wait another however long for the others but to only get 60% of what I paid for is very wrong. The real problem is that the some of the staff DGAF about thier job, a bunch of texting teens who apparently cant even count. Time for a new wing place.

Customer service is always good. I mostly go there for the cheese fries and those are great. I love the seasoning they put on them. I can't talk to much about the wings I've only had them a couple times but from what ive had they are pretty good.
Online said 20 mins. Got there 25 mins later and still wasn’t done. Waited 30 more mins with talking to employee. Said almost done.
40 mins later FINALLY received my order. I wanted 5 people who came in and ordered there and got their food before me…. All the employees looked stoned out of their mind and lost.
