I ordered food for delivery and I am so disappointed. I waited almost 2 hours after my estimated wait time was 30 min. When my food arrived it was cold and the bag was soggy, so I know it sat for a long time. Not to mention the amount of sauce is absolutely pitiful. This was via DoorDash and I know that my Dasher was sitting and waiting for a long time. It’s extra disappointing because I had Wingstop from another location across town recently and it was amazing. Do better!
It was my first time here, not bad at all. Staff were friendly, food tasted great. Definitely coming back for more flavors.
The food was really good. We got cajun, spicy Korean, garlic parm wings, cajun corn bites, and voodoo fries. There was a wait to order. The staff was nice and was busy. The only thing I think they could improve on is the cleanliness and stocking their drink/utensil table. We had to clean a table off in order to sit down to eat and had to ask for napkins.
My food was honestly fantastic! Hot & delicious. Here’s the hold up: there has got to be something done about the lack of efficiency, communication about realistic wait times, and helping train the current employees to work with a sense of urgency. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready for pick up at 6:30. It took AN HOUR (7:30) to get my food. I watched four customers that had been waiting before me ask for a refund because they had places to be. Not a single staff member was breaking a sweat to get these orders out faster or even offering a sincere apology OR an explanation. Couple things that could’ve helped in this situation (in case anyone at this establishment cares to read this): 1. Offer a free drink while someone is waiting and apologize. Say something like “I’m so sorry your order is taking longer than anticipated, can I offer you a free drink while you wait?” 2. Communicate with the customer AS YOU TAKE THEIR ORDER (or when they arrive for pick up and ask where their order is). A simple “hello! I just want to give you a heads up that we are trying our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, but we are short staffed and it could be potentially a 30 minute wait before we can get to yours.” Does it suck to have to wait? Sure. But being up front about it is CONSIDERATE and allows the customer an OPTION to be chill and wait or pick something more convenient instead of pacing angrily in your waiting area, huffing and puffing because they have no idea what’s going on. I want to try this establishment again because the food was delicious, but I hesitate because I don’t trust the competency of the staff. Hopefully that changes!
I am a huge fan of wing stop and order weekly as it’s super cheap for the chicken sandwich meal & it’s usually delicious! The problem often is the fact that I order fries well done & extra Cajun seasoning every week & ALWAYS receive undercooked fries and the normal seasoning. Which I wouldn’t mind if it was salt but it’s like a sweet mixture I can’t get behind. Do better please!!! I have submitted several surveys and still can’t seem to get them to give me the correct fries.
I placed an online order and when I got home I realized I was missing food. I called up there and was told to bring back my receipt and when I get back up there I was accused of lying. We order from here pretty frequently and have never had any problems aside from long wait times. We always just dealt with the long wait because we like the food, but the actions and behavior of one employee tonight was absolutely disgusting. Customer service is important and this place has a lot of work to do.
We have given it 2 chances and know for sure we will not be returning again. The first was when the location was brand new. We waited a LONG time but there were a lot of people. The second time we ordered online for pickup 1 hour in advance and then had to continue to wait another 30+ minutes in the store for our order of 2 8pc wing combos. There was one person working in the kitchen by herself and 2 people sitting in the back office. During both visits people had returned with cold food, incorrect order, or missing items. When a bowl fell on the floor, who I am assuming is a manager in the back rolled in her chair and turned with her jaw dropped but failed to get up and do anything to assist. Long wait and poor service. Food isn't worth it.
First time at wing stop, I thought the fries were good, chicken sandwich was good, but their wings were not at all good, did not like them, customer service was decent, and everyone seems nice enough. At least now I can say I tried wing stop lol. Really should think about doing your wings differently. They upset my stomach, could only handle three bites. Also we waited a really long time for our food, but I think that's because it was busy witch is understandable.
