Absolute worst place you could order food from. Not only did we have to wait nearly thirty more minutes in store after the hour long wait that the online app told us we had to wait, they also did not have several of the items we had placed on the online order. At that point, we were too fed up to wait for a refund. Once we received the order, what we received were literal crumbs of chicken, not even close to resembling a boneless wing. If I hadn’t waited for nearly an hour and a half, I would’ve demanded a refund for what we were served. It’s absolute ridiculous. Avoid this location at all costs.
If i could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate. I swear I ordered boneless wings. Apparently not...more like boneless nuggets. This was supposed to be an order of 15 boneless wings. You'll see my chapstick in the pictures for reference. My chapstick is bigger than most of them. The wings weren't the only thing miniature... the fries were a large that didn't even take up half the tray they were put in. And those veggies were also a large...$5 for not even one full stalk of celery cut into 3 pieces and maybe half of a carrot chopped into 5 pieces. What a joke. The last time I ordered from this place, I ordered traditional wings that were so overcooked and chewy that I threw them away. I will never make the mistake of ordering from here again.
Used to be able to say I loved wingstop but lately they've just been getting bad. Chicken wings are always overcooked and packaged like the workers don't care. Fries spilled in the bag along with the veggies.. Wings just tossed in not stacked correctly.
We placed an order for pick up today said it'd be done by a certain time. Cool gave them a few extra minutes til we got inside. Get there order is still not done had go wait an additional 25 minutes. So we place an order for a soda and large cheese separately.....just those 2 items came to $8. But really topped it off is that we ordered a large cheese yet recieved a small container. We told the worker and argued that was the large. The cheese in the picture is what we received. That's a small!!!! We've ordered there before, it isn't!!
So just for this cup of cheese and a soda they charged $8!!!! In that case I should of just walked to smiths to purchase a bigger container for that price. Not to mention the wings also went up in price $40+ for a 30 crew meal! Yet the wings didn't change, they seem smaller and always overcooked. Yea I think I'm gonna have to stop going there.
i had to pay 50$ for disgusting wings. not only that but i was waiting 2 hours the wings were so bad and the bathroom was actually disgusting. wingstop needs to do better and clean there bathrooms and serve chicken wings that are actually worth 50$ because i couldn't even finish them from how they bad they were. Do not recommend at all Raising Canes is about 2 mins away I recommend eating there instead.

Also i had a wingstop gift card and couldn't use it.
They are extremely slow, all the time the don't get the order correct, the young girls be on their phones. Worst wing stop ever. Every one needs to be fired and start fresh.
I was disappointed with my last order. I usually order from here once a week. My bag was dripping with oil. My mild wings were drench in oil, not sauce. I ordered dry rub but my wings looked more like plain and taste like plain (photo).
Went today, the wait was 1.5 hrs, so I ordered 24 pcs around 8 pm, at 9:30pm I come back to pickup my order, and checked very carefully after bad experiences that I had, so intead of put 24 pcs in my order they only put 9 wings!!! Really??? I come back to the cashier and she apologized and prepare the order for me again, so I think everything its good now, what is my surprise, when I got home they only packed 20 wings instead of 24 and the ranch portion looks like it was the leftover of other order!!! Not good at all!!!
If I could give service a zero I would. Placed an order for pickup at 5:15 my boyfriend arrived on time for it and they said they do not have the order. A young man Hispanic I’m assuming the Manager came out and accused my boyfriend of him picking up his order already and trying to steal more food ? Even after showing him the proof. just to find out they had the order the whole 50 minutes of them trying to fix the situation. He didn’t even come to apologize or offer anything for the confusion And EXTRA time wasted. what a great manager Wingstop????
