Their food was popping. Their wings were good but we had to wait almost an hour but honestly I was worth the wait. and the service was awesome the young lady communicated well with us and gave actual customer service that is rare to find these days. Highly Recommended!
Wings were ok, but my god that was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had…way overcooked
I pre ordered for a Super Bowl party, the day before. I was called asking if I was ready to pick up my order, so my husband headed out. When he returned, we opened the bag to find someone else’s food-which was an order about $50 less than what I paid for. I called to let them know, and was scolded for “taking the wrong food home” (just so happened that my order had the same first name as the incorrect one I was given). I was further told my husband “should have known” what was in the bag—so basically, you are encouraged to open the bag before you leave the store. Finally, I was hung up on by the “professional” who was scolding me. I realize these are pretty low level jobs, but give me a break. I wouldn’t return to do business with this place if I was offered free fried food for a year. Message to management-do better please. Not nice.
Store was not cleaned, they left the back door open which had the entire store freezing. Tables and counters where filthy! Windows and floors where horrible. My pictures do it no justice. We had no napkins and the staff was not personable! Horrible customer service. Not a place I would ever recommend!!
This location has gone down drastically. I have no issue waiting for an order to be prepared. The disappointment comes from seeing food re-cooked. Food being placed back in fryer.. I'm not returning.
The chicken in good, but no matter how many times i come here, the fries never get better. Just a heads up. (Just order the chicken.)
I brought some chicken wings at this spot and they over fried the wings I had the taste for them wings and all I got was a disappointment wondering why did I even waste my money on this I could've just deep fry them myself dont waste your money buy from this wing stop its not worth it
Decent food, didn’t give me my ranch for my online order but they charge extra for ranch now. Would go back but not happy to
