If I could give no stars I would. This has been the worst experience with trying to get a pick up for a return from Amazon that I have waiting for over a month. I have called everyone from Amazon to pilot to this place to make sure it was going to be picked up and not charged again after I received my replacement. I tried to explain how it was delivered and they sent the 1 man box truck and didn’t listen to what I said by needing more than one. I just spoke with Amanda and she was the rudest person to talk to with constantly interrupting me just explaining to her it was in the original package still and it was on a pallet but instead she was telling me it wasn’t as if she seen it. The constant interruption and the tone of her voice as if I’m some imbecile. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Regarding the review touting "American family owned mom and pop shop"... Well, that is no excuse for a lack of professionalism demonstrated in other reviews. Every week I deal with a half dozen family owned mom and pop freight operations who can absolutely put bigger operations to shame. But size and status of the company mean absolutely nothing if the service sucks.
As far as my experience? Sorry. No horror stories like many of the other reviews. These guys are okay. Not the most impressive service ever but the item was delivered on time and it wasn't mauled in transit, which is all I really care about. As far as employees being rude I didn't get that. The driver wasn't exactly cordial but you drive nearly 80 miles in a loud, bouncy box truck and see what that does for your disposition. ????
HORRIBLE customer service and worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I ordered a very expensive piece of furniture and was told I would be called as soon as wings & wheels received my item as they would need to schedule delivery. It was very important they call as there would need to be a full inspection done of the item before I signed for it. It was also about 500 pounds in total so I would need to make sure I had help to bring inside. I got notification it was out for delivery but I had never even got the call to schedule it. I was home alone with no way of getting assistance. I called and the woman on the phone was extremely RUDE and told me it was not her problem that I didn’t have help. She also threatened me saying the driver was going to leave it no matter what, even though they did not follow the scheduling protocols.
So after being treated horribly and having to call the manufacturer to complain, wings and wheels finally calls to “schedule” my delivery. Here is the best part— the day of the scheduled delivery they Leave my brand new couch sitting in my front yard without so much as a knock on the door or phone call to tell me it was there! Mind you, they were supposed to wait until I fully inspected the item and signed for it before leaving. It could have easily been stolen or damaged. Luckily I was home and heard their truck pull away. Worst service I have ever experienced. Trust me- AVOID this company at all costs. And if you have to speak to customer service, good luck.
SHOULD BE 0 STARS. I just received my Paddle board today. I went to the terminal on Bristol road in Flint MI for customer pick up. Curt (dispatcher)threw his paperwork down then came out of his office indicating I’m a inconvenience. I asked to inspect the board and was treated less than human. Lynette was also extremely rude. She stated the box isn’t damaged so just take it as is. Terrible customer service
Why schedule an appointment? They canceled 15 mins before my scheduled window was to start. Then couldn't set up a time from 10-1 to tomorrow but insisting on 10-2 despite knowing I have a medical apt at 2:15. RUDE customer service. So now I have to miss 8 hours of work and miss a medical apt. And then you get refused when asking for a supervisor. And you receive a failure to deliver response if you send an email. AVOID them... Use DHL, FedEx anyone but them.
This is the worst company! I ordered a tv that is an online only buy. This is my 3rd time ordering it because they have broken 2 already. The 1st one I returned the 2nd was a pick up and they never showed up to get it during a 6 hour window. I try to contact the owner for a week so the 3rd tv can be handled with more care. The owner hung up after 30 seconds told me to contact the better business bureau about it because she's busy....
It has been 13 days and counting since they have had my pallet of merchandise. I spoke to them over a week ago and they said it would be here 3 days Ago and never showed up. I called that night, they said they didn’t have anything else in my area so they couldn’t deliver it. I then got told I would be getting a call back to set up a day they could deliver it. I’m still waiting. I recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.
We bought a large item, and the company used this delivery service. They called us and told us they had our item but couldn’t deliver it until the next week. We were a little frustrated but decided it wasn’t a big deal! When they finally came my husband asked them if they could help him carry it up our stairs. They said NO. If possible I would definitely go with a different company! Very unprofessional and just simply rude.
