I love coming Into the store and seeing your employee named Trinity’s face! She is just a great worker and I would say this place runs way much better with her working. It’s such a great environment and she is very friendly and always puts the customers first.
Wings Over is so good I honestly can’t think of a single place with better wings. Their more recent rebranding went well and the new menu is much easier to get what you want all at good prices. I’m also a huge fan of how they cook their boneless wings here because it’s like they cook them like normal wings instead of outright frying them. Genius really, but you’ll need to try them yourself to see why they’re so fantastic. As other positives the dining room is large/clean, delivery is always easy, and the service is fantastic. All in all they are my go to for everything wings and will be forever.
Food is always good but the pick up time for online orders should severely be adjusted. I ordered at 355p, said to pick up at 419p and (knowing the run late) arrived at 435p. It's now 5pm and I am waiting with about 20 people inside. Hire more people or tell people 2 hours for wings.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE. My girlfriend and I love their food and used to get delivery a few times a month. Now however whenever we order there are conveniently “no drivers” and are waiting on a DoorDash driver. A driver who may or may not accept the order. We’ve lost over $200 now from orders that didn’t get delivered. One we even ordered around midnight and they delivered it at 11am the next day. This play is falling apart.
Wings are good, but the service is hit or miss. The atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant. Do not hit "order" from here if you plan to pick it up. You will pay a Storefront by Doordash premium to go and pick it up anyway, the stupidest thing ever. Go to the Wings Over website to order.
This place has really gone downhill in the past couple years. I recommend Chick E. D's if you want good, fresh, and cost worthy food. The chicken is to die for.
Called in and ordered and wanted to pick up the order we get there the order was never placed due to the fact I wanted to pay in cash then to place the order I would have to wait even longer ???? not good service this store is never busy with people in the restaurant and it kid there I'm not giving my card over the phone to a kid when I'm going there to pick it up this won't last long they already changed the name of the restaurant.
My food was very good I got chicken at Big Y across the street and saved money it was cheaper ????
Very long wait. Ordered online, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later and was greeted 10 minutes after that. I did not enjoy my wait in the restaurant, two big screen tvs playing the same thing but with a delay and echo. A phone rang, or sounded like it was calling the entire 20 minutes I was in there. The whole thing was weird. Good chicken.
