Came here yesterday ordered four plates and when I made it home two of the plates fries were very hard and brown. I called the lady and she told me I should have checked all the plates before I left so she could have did something about it. I am not about to check everyone’s plate that are not mine. She should have made sure all the plates were GOOD that’s her job paid $60 for nothing.
While we were there waiting on our food a young man wasted his drink. The lady at the register that was cleaning the mess waited good until we got our food to tell us she had put a sign up to close the dining room to clean the spill and refused a refund..my fiance went in and asked for the.manager when she then told him.she was the manager but eventually let us dine in... She is rude and as much money as we spend here we'll never spend another dime with this establishment..Looking like she looking and got the nerve to be rude????????????
I walked in and employee yelled and refused service and very unprofessional. She start talking trash about me to customers in resturant. This is why this resturant has a poor rating. It dose"nt matter your feelings about someone. When they come in your place for service and are respectful and just turn around and walk away without responding to employee rude mouth. Ppl need to grow up and stop being childish. What was my crime not opening door and yelling hi for a couple of weeks.
Will be my last time. No longer able to eat in because to cheep to fix bathrooms. Overcooked wings, undercooked okra. Charged for things they never have before and did so with an attitude. Did not order something and was pissed when I mentioned it. Again I won't be back. Shame because I have eaten there for years but I can't put up with the attitude and cheepness.
Wings have a light crispy outside. I ordered teryaki wings. My friend ordered hot. The combo comes with fried rice (shrimp or chicken) or french fries and a drink. I will go again
The main black with the wild looking hair lady that run the cash register is very rude I ask for a refund before I got my food because she was totally rude she tells me I can't get a refund even though I just order my food I will never be back say that her customers don't read just was all the way out of line I will never spend no more money at that establishment.
The food was absolutely horrid and the girl behind the counter was so rude she rolled her eyes at me a multiple other customers and when my food was ready she basically slung it at me. This place used to be good but now it's gross and to top it off with rude staff. I'll never be back here again.
This used to be a very great place to eat but it has slowly gone down hill since it opened. They service is fine but the food it’s self isn’t doing great. I’ve never had any uncooked for but I have definitely had overcooked food. The wings are by far over cooked and the French fries are over cooked with no seasoning on them at all. I think it’s the freeze that’s over cooking the food and not the time they are actually cooked it just probably needs to be replaced regularly instead. But again the service isn’t terrible it’s just the food needing to be cooked correctly
