My waiter, Austin, was informative and patient with our ordering process. Ordered side salads, bowls of chili, a grilled chicken sandwich with potato wedges, fried chicken sandwich with french fries, and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious and to-temperature.
I have never had to complain about a restaurant I've been to. Parking lot is pretty much empty. Upon entry, the greeter isn't there, per usual when we come here. When she finally shows up she tells us it's going to be a 30 Minute wait. We wait, finally get seated our server did well to start then towards the end service got worse. After our meal I stacked all my plates and consolidated all our trash, went to the bathroom and washed up while my family was at the table waiting. The server just stood in the kitchen chatting with a coworker for a good 10 minutes and I was able to see through the window and watched them. When she finally showed up I requested 2 to go boxes one had a fruit fly and a hair stuck to it. I didn't bother asking for another because I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for it. As far as our food went. The food was good. However, I ordered the smoked wings and I ended up getting charged a buck for each sauce I asked for. Any other time we order wings that's never an issue. We most likely won't go back.
The day we went here there was a staffing issue but the staff that were present did an amazing job considering the amount of work they had to do for the number of staff present. Some of the televisions at this location need service or replaced. It appeared that some of the arcade games were out of service as well, I didn't check any of them out on this visit they just looked like they were turned off.
The food was fresh and delicious. It arrived to our table much quicker than I anticipated with the number of staff. Our server was friendly and courteous. We got refills without having to ask for them. She recommended the cheesecake for dessert and it was good.
Had boneless wings. Blue Berry chipotle and spicy Thai. Blue Berry flavor was a bit overwhelming not in a good way. No heat and no chipotle flavor. Spicy Thai was very good. Wings were so overcooked they were stiff. None of the wings were tossed and sparsely covered.
Onion rings were fantastic as were the fries. Place has a lot of potential.
The waitress was nice and brought our beers out pretty fast. The serving size was actually a lot bigger than I thought, and the pictures below do not give you a true idea of just how big the wings were or the amount of potato wedges. I missed out on the photo of the salad, but also was a good portion size. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because my buddy told the waitress that he wanted grilled chicken, but got fried boneless wings instead.
The server was realy great. She helped us create the best combos to satisfy everyone's cravings and talked about new specials.
I tried the new chicken sandwich on the menu. It was little to sweet for my taste. It has a sweet and spicy/tangy flavor, just the sweeteness is bit overpowering. The slaw was good. It's a great idea of a sandwich and the play on textures are great. Next time I'll try the other versions for sure.
We got the spicy fries, i recommend getting the ghost peper side. I took a big dip and yea. Loved it but it will fire you up quick. A must try if you like spicy sauces.
This use to be one of our absolute favorite places. The last few times has not been great. We went last night and I took a bite of my fish and it was still ice cold inside. Our waitors/waitresses are always great but the quality of the food has went down tremendously.
Absolutely disgusting. Service was good, waitress was kind but food was horrible. Nothing but grease and salt. First and last time.
