Had some delicious wings and exceptional service! The Hot Honey Wings were fantastic!!! Will definitely be returning ????????
I actually really enjoyed the food here in the past. I had been going 1 to 2 times weekly. There were 3 different times that my rice wasn't that great, but I didn't complain. Today my rice was decent but my lemon pepper wings were extremely dry and they had NO lemon flavor. There was also one that had the feathers cooked into it! I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I could not go back immediately. When I called the man that answered who often serves me and knew who I was told me if I couldn't bring them right back the only thing I could get was 25 percent of what I paid. I paid $18.18 for something that I couldn't even eat, and he refused to make it right! I will go get the $5 just to show him how dried out the wings were ( I took a picture for time stamp as well) , and let him know that I won't be back, and that I will let everyone at work know that they shouldn't go there.
It took us 45 minutes for 6 wing's and rice. The manager DK was rude and the food isn't all of that. They come over here and take our money and don't respect us!!!
They gave me the wrong food twice, then gave the wrong order to another patron. DK didn't apologize for his mistake, he took the food that we both touched he took and put it in a bag for the right person. He threw my ranch in the bag and threw it at me! He didn't want to refund me because my order was finally ready. There was a little girl that ordered a cheese burger, they took her tray to back and slapped a piece of cheese on it and gave it right back to her. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I'll NEVER EVER support those who doesn't value their customers. Not to mention my food is freezing cold.
Food was trash. The rice definitely isn’t fried, it was mushy… and tasted like it was either mircrowaved or boiled and seasoned with chicken bouillon or poultry seasoning. I also had a Philly sandwich and the bread smelled funny. The fish was fried way too hard. I spent over $20 for food, ended up throwing it away because it was so bad. The service was good though.
i felt very unsafe and uncomfortable in this environment. the food tasted good but the service was EXTREMELY horrible. a bunch of the girls who work there were extremely rude. i think i overheard their names were like vikki and ava ?? or something like that. they were giggling and whispering stuff about me and my friend who were here, even though we literally helped w their salary by paying for our food. i even tried to complain but the manager tried to give me attitude for some reason?
We had the hot teriyaki, hot BBQ, and hot buffalo wings. Ordered them with extra sauce and they were all tasty!! The reason for reduction of stars is because many of the wings are tiny. That was a bummer.
Today at work we decided to order from Wings 101 which I absolutely loved.I thought I would avoid them the headache of me calling, placing the order I decided to place the order online quick and easy for both of us. So I placed the order online(assuming it was 3 combos) drove to the location they ask me to wait and how many drinks were with the order =3 drinks, she handed the cups over and I proceeded to pour the drinks from the fountain. The owner barges out of back as if I’m trying to pull a fast one. He was upset stating I only ordered 1 drink, I continued to say it’s 3 drinks he was on edge as of he had 5 cups of coffee this morning. I handed over the cups waited for the order it was wrong( completely my fault) I requested 2 orders of rice and 2 drinks for an additional $7.49 which is fine. However his service was horrible and he should try to simmer down when assisting customers. There was no reason for me to pull a fast one we have plenty of beverages at work.
Best dry rub I've ever had, I got the garlic Parm. Great portion size and big wings. The only thing they skimp on is the ranch/blue cheese, but I'll definitely be back.
