Best WLM Reviews
Today was my first time here, Tiara was my server and she did an amazing job. She was quick, very pleasant and attentive and made the experience very enjoyable. Food was perfectly cooked, great portion, and nice and hot. Kudos to the cook as well! Will definitely visit again.
It was OK, not a fan. The waitresses were nice and promptly served us. It was A.U.C.E. Boneless chicken for $15.00 which isn't a bad price but it was over cooked and very hard to eat.
Wings were tasty & good sized, but not well done as requested. ‘Hot’ wasn’t very hot & they were a bit stingy with the saucing.
I ordered a side of celery & carrots. The celery was good but the carrots were in water too long, floppy & tasted like chlorine.
Salad was fresh. Wish they made thier own dressings.
So disappointing, I'm a seasoned bartender and server. We came here 12/26 at 7pm. Our server was the only one wearing a jacket and looked 18, clearly her first serving job in a place that requires experience. We waited close to 10 minutes for our server, somehow then bartender didn't know how to make a paloma. Waited 10 minutes for my first drink, another 15ish for her to return to take our order. Whenever she walked away, we couldn't find her, after waiting 10 minutes each for another two drinks, we again couldn't see her, waited close to 15 minutes to ask for a check then another 10 minutes to get it, even though we never saw her serving other tables. We did however see her standing outside flirting with a guy. So we realized she was spending her shift trying to hook up. Here's a photo of her standing outside, ignoring her customers. This behavior takes tips away from the other servers that work hard at Wing House.
We used to LOVE the boneless wings here, but the last two times, they have been overcooked! We would rather wait longer and get freshly cooked wings, rather than get wings that were pre-cooked, and then dropped down again, which causes them to be dried out. Please go back to the old way or we will have to find another place.
I can't give a complete review as we stopped in as a group following a local parade. We ordered onion rings and beer. The beer arrived quickly and was ice cold. The onion rings were crisp, hot and the portion was very generous. Our server was sweet and attentive. We would definitely go back!
Normally we don't have a problem with the service. This visit however was a disaster. Waitress Cy unsuccessfully tried to remember our orders for 4 people without working anything down. She did fine with our drinks and we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. She spent 15 minutes looking through the jukebox flirting with some guy while we're trying to get her attention to order. It was my son in laws first visit and he said it was his last. My daughter ordered Mac n cheese with no shredded cheese on top, it came with the shredded cheese on top. Dad ordered his sauce on the side because he didn't know if he'd like the sauce, it came drowning in sauce. I got my meal before anything else came out. The appetizer, pretzel bites, came out so burnt they were too hard to eat and came out with the other 3 dinners. There was hair in the tater tots. I asked for a manager and she gave him her side of what she thought we needed to talk to him about (which was only partially correct) before he came to talk to us. The cook had no hair net and neither did the manager when he went to personally remake our food.
Marcy, our Server, was great. Friendly, attentive & sweet. The wings were the best I've had in years! Bone in,, lightly battered were HUGE. Mild sauce was perfect, served with celery & carrots. Order of 10, I ate 3 they were so big & served right out of the fryer.
Steak fries were Marcy's suggestion...delish!! The boneless were just as tasty, as was the crispy salad...a mix of iceberg & spring mix, topped with all fresh veggies.
The restaurant was SPOTLESS, floors didn't have one crumb on them. And I looked! Manager on Duty visited every table. What a great dining experience.
Highly Recommend, family, friends & couples.
