Best WLM Reviews
Stopped in to have a late afternoon snack and beer after returning from Promontory Point. Justin waited on me. He was polite and patient waiting for me to make up my mind about a beer. He checked to make sure I was good with everything a couple of times. I would return here as the service was very good, food was alright for what I expected.
Apart from the "Mangers" friend we were the only people in the restaurant. Party of 4. I had to interrupt his conversation with his friend to ask for another beer, he asked if it was gonna be my last (1st refill) while the rest of the party ate their food with no drinks. Food was amazing. Zero complaints there. DO NOT GO DURING SHIFT TRANSITION 430-5pm. You will be ignored even when you blatantly ask for drink refills for the rest of the party. It's a shame this new management is worse than the previous. $90 tab with no service. We will not return. This use to be our go to spot. STAY AWAY. Unless you like your spicy wings with no drinks.
Okay what a rip off, their Friday “deal” 7 wings and a side for $19.99?! First of all if you call and order their website doesn’t say that it says $9.99, and apparently that’s the lunch deal. Got the side of the fries and legit got 6…..again for $19.99??? On top of that, bland flavor and gristly chicken. Save your money go somewhere else.
First time and definitely the last time! Ordered the 88 wings 1/2 boneless and 1/2 bone in and they apparently don’t communicate with each other and got the full order with bone in. Also realizing as I got back they didn’t even give me the 3 12oz orders of Buffalo chips! His place is a joke!! No refund or anything else but a sorry or i could wait another 30 minutes… That doesn’t cut it. Customer service is key to keep a business open. Just a matter of time before this place is ran down.…. Should have just went to wing stop. Would have gotten more and cost less!!!! I would give this garbage place a fat 0 ⭐️ if I could!!!
****update**** Aspen GM called me back and ended up making things right.
I’ve been to wing nutz several times in the past, and they’ve always been great! I feel like they’ve really upped their game. The food was amazing and the staff were great. By far the best wings in town.
Look, frankly the food is good but overpriced. Regarding service, I’m here on a Sunday night and they are severely understaffed. @ Management - you need more than one person front of house and more than two people in the kitchen. Invest in some more able bodied help and the customer experience will be leaps and bounds over what it is currently. Gal running the bar and tending tables is working her tail off and doing a great job but she could use some help.
Was really impressed at first. We were greeted right away and invited to find a seat wherever. It was very clean in the bathrooms. My husband loved the wings. I liked the pork sandwich.
But unfortunately, it really took way too long to get our food, and people who came in after us were served before us. The middle of the mac and cheese side was cold, so it was likely microwaved. There was a ton of smoke in the restaurant all of the sudden at one point, too. Just not a good experience overall.
Travailing so always looking for a great wing joint wherever I land. Food was on point, they have buffalo chips which ive been looking for since BWW stopped making them. Wings where hot and savory, beer was cold! What more could you ask for.
