Best WLM Reviews
The best Chinese food restaurant in the area for price and quality. Most Chinese food restaurants are good/okay but Wing Lee is fantastic. Almond boneless chicken is on point, chicken curry is something special and their hot and sour soup isn’t like most other places. Definitely a must try if you like and have a taste for it. Everything is good on the menu and the quality is better/equal to any in terms of price. I bank on it. Big Blue out.
I visited this restaurant based on the reviews and was sadly disappointed. I ordered a combo and asked for beef fried rice (no veggies, just meat and rice)instead of chicken and was told it would cost $4 more. I said okay, and paid the extra money. When my order came it was wrong (had veggies in it) no big deal. They took it back, but when they brought my food back I had less rice and about four micro pieces of beef! So, I paid $4 extra for a scoop of rice mixed with four micro pieces of beef! I will never go to this restaurant again. The food wasn’t great and I could’ve spent my $20 totaled some where else.
Amazing food. They even packaged the large order in a box and taped it up so it wouldn’t spill. The almond boneless chicken was crispy and flavorful. The dumplings were delicious. Everything was still very warm when we got home (15 min drive). The egg roll was great. No complains besides the “medium” spice is not very spicy at all. This will be our usual spot.
We have found our new favorite Chinese Restaurant!!! ???? After a long and disappointing search we found Wing Lee. Everything was fresh and delicious. Super impressed with everything from the soup to the fresh juicy Almond chicken, even their restrooms are clean!
My wife and I went to Wing Lee for dinner at about 5:30pm on Christmas Eve (Chinese on Christmas Eve has been our tradition ever since we lived in Hawaii, 35 years ago). It was a shot in the dark, but the ratings looked good, so we decided to give them a try. They were absolutely slammed with customers, both walk-ins and phone orders for takeout. Through it all, the staff were as gracious and polite as could be. We were told the wait was an hour; turned out to be about half an hour, and worth every minute. Everything came out on time and hot, and it was outstanding (best almond chicken I've had in ages). Wing Lee is now at the top of our list for sit-down Chinese food. I can't wait to go again!
We made a first time visit today for lunch and overall it was good not great .
With only a few nearby Chinese restaurants open for dine in , this place , May Hong’s , Ping On and Ruby Chinese we thought we’d try here today .
Our waitress was nice , did a good job.
Our lunch combos were $ 10.95 and $ 11.95 and came with a large roll , choice of soup , egg roll and fried rice .
I had the Cashew Chicken and my girlfriend had the Shrimp with lobster sauce .
The rolls were hot and the won ton soup was good .
Her meal came with 8 large shrimp in a brown sauce , said the shrimp were tasty and my meal was pretty good , had some veggies with the chicken but not much chicken .
We both thought the fried rice was dry and overcooked .
We will probably go back but we both would get a different combo and hopefully the fried rice will be better .
The place was very clean .
We had the egg foo young which was delicious and the pineapple chicken which was also delicious!!! Great portions for the money. Great service and pleasant customer service.
Overall A+
Fried rice- cold. Pepper steak was microwaved and was extremely hot. Egg Roll very dry and shriveled. Wonton soup two small half won tons, broth very thin watery. No place mats. Good had strang odor when I came. Place was dark and smelled. Certainly not the place as s as few months ago. Worse than terrible!!!
Server never uttered a word about food quality, appeared we bothered her. Never again at this rip off place.!!!
