We're from out of town and decided to order takeout. We ordered late at night before they closed. The reviews seemed to make this out as a decent place. The food was burnt. The order of wings were wet and soggy. There was a hair in food. The food Looked nothing like in the pictures, and we ordered $104 worth of food for our family of 10 and it was practically inedible. We tried to eat it but it was so burn, so black and so disgusting. The lo mein noodles were so thin and unlike any lo mein we ate. The pepper steak was incredibly dark and drowned in thick sauce. We're highly disappointed, and we're left scrambling to order food. Couldn't even complain to the owner about our food because they were closed by the time we got the food home. Unbelievably disgusting.
Let me start by saying the lady that owns this restaurant was there by herself at the time I went to order some food from wing hing. She cooked that food so good ???? I told everyone about it. It's so flavorful in every bite. Everything was cooked to perfection. She needs an award for best Chinese restaurant in Michigan. I live far from Pontiac but I wouldn't mind taking a trip when I'm in the mood for some good Chinese food. Thumbs up to this woman for working alone that day with a waiting area full of hungry customers she was definitely getting the job done.
Man, I've lived in Pontiac for about 10 years now, and let me tell you. This was the worst Chinese rice I've ever had. Smelled extremely off and old. Got orange chicken and it was super saucy but had barely any taste to it. Also the chicken was very tough and overcooked. Won't be going back.
Food was delicious! However for the price I paid I wish there were more chicken and vegetables in the chicken lo mein ????
I miss this place so much! I moved 114 miles away and had my hubby bring me Almond chicken Delight with vegetables on his business trip from Pontiac to East Tawas. This was the best dinner since I last ordered from here. This place is a hidden gem. ????????
Been coming here for over 15 years. Staff is very friendly. Food is always good and hot.
First time inside the restaurant for pickup and will be our last. The restaurant interior is very off putting there is a shower curtain hanging up seperating what looks like a living area from the public dining area lots of personal things visible. The Dingy atmosphere and the terrible,bland luke warm food is enough for us to take a hard pass on this place in the future.
Very good food always fresh good service.
