Stopped by for lunch and had an Italian combo with hot giardiniera, pizza puff, and fries. Pizza puff was good. Fries were excellent, golden fried and crispy. The Italian combo was a big let down. Bread was a little dry but that was partially my fault. I like my beef dipped, but I completely forgot to ask for this. The Italian sausage inside was not very good and it did not complement the sandwich as it should, so I decided to take it out. The beef inside was a bit bland. Maybe it would have been a completely different sandwich dipped. If I were to come back, I’d probably try something else.
In from Dallas Tx visiting for a couple days and OMG this place is sooo good! Gyro and Italian beef Sandwiches were stuffed with meat! Pizza puff was bomb too. Love this place and highly recommend it ????????
Nick (the owner) goes out of his way to greet you warmly as you enter. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly. Their food is always cooked to perfection. I have gone there dozens of times and they have never messed up an order.
This place was awesome! The folks running the place were great! They took the time to help make recommendations and talk with us, which we super appreciated. The Chicago dogs were fantastic and the fries were tasty! Definitely recommend! Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

As you drive by, the place looks like a place you should, well, drive by. However, it's definitely a great place to stop. The customer service is spectacular. Super friendly amd easy to talk to. We ordered seven hot dogs and a couple orders of fries.
The food was all cooked as it was ordered, so no luke warm food. It was all very good.
We were just in the area to go to the airport, but if I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely give this place another stop.
It is one of the best greasy spoons on the sw side. I love the Italian beef and sausage combos, hot, fresh French fries, and the delicious, real ice cream milkshakes.
Always go here when my sister comes into town from California! We love it. All the foods great! And the service is awesome. Awesome owners and workers!
