Best WLM Reviews
This little hole in the wall is amazing. Everything we ordered was so delicious. The biscuits where golden brown. I haven't had a superb breakfast in so long. You got to try the fried green tomatoe biscuit. I really can't say enough about this little diner. Great look inside and great people. Definitely will be back. Keep up the great work.
Delicious food here! My favorite is the blue cheese bacon burger. And they have homemade super crunchy potato chips.
On another trip I had the gyro and it was fresh and delicious.
Crunchy fried shrimp poboy is another favorite of mine. The famous fried green tomato biscuit (add bacon) is also a winner.
Wonderful, hot sausage gravy over biscuits. Love it.
Lunch on weekdays is not too crowded.
Weekend breakfast is their busiest time because the breakfast offerings are excellent.
There’s a small patio with 3-4 tables and two indoor seating areas.
On-site parking is available.
Friendly staff. Fresh good food. I’ll keep going back.
Stopped here after another restaurant had a wait. The menu is pretty solid and while the biscuit isn't my favorite it was better than most. Overall it's fine for breakfast but I would not drive out of my way to eat here
Not impressed. Came here off good reviews. Felt odd by employees, not met with a real inviting feeling. Hashbrowns tasted like onions and sausage tasted lab grown. I went my whole meal and they NEVER brought me a drink. Deserves a one star for not getting a drink the whole meal, but maybe this was an off day?? Either after my experience I will not be back.
Also, when paying the bill if you use a credit or debit expext a 1.95% fee to be applied. What a joke.
What a Hidden Gem! My mom and I stopped by for an early lunch one weekend because we thought the logo looked neat. It has now become the go-to place for my family’s weekend brunches. My husband likes combo number two, I’m a sucker for combo number four, and mom enjoyed their gyro omelette. The staff is very attentive, but also gives you space to enjoy chatting at your table.
Wanted to love this place after reading the reviews, and maybe we would've if we hadn't ordered pancakes. We thought they were undercooked so we sent them back, which the restaurant was extremely gracious about. Unfortunately, after refire, they were exactly the same, so I guess that's just how their pancakes are meant to be? They're super sugary and the inside is wet, dense and gummy. I don't know if this is a particular style of pancake that I've just never encountered, but if that's the case, the menu should probably mention that this isn't a traditional American pancake. Can't really get a kid to try going back to that restaurant after an experience like that.
We had good breakfast. The service was great.
Cute little diner in an out of the way place. Not quite country but not the ‘burbs either. Service is quick and friendly and very reasonable prices. The French Toast with bacon is excellent. Skip the ‘Barrel and try this place instead…
