5 stars is just not enough. I would rate this place 100 stars if I could. Excellent mechanics, thorough, honest, and affordable. I had a bad thermostat and went to two different shops before I found Mr Windres. The first said a bad radiator and the second said bad head gasket. The one who said bad head gasket didn't even look at the car once, and also didn't know I was watching. Then I found Windres. He told me it was only a thermostat and that the other cooling components were in good working order. Iv since been back and will never need another mechanic. This is a real, honest review, and if your reading this then follow these instructions: GO TO THIS PLACE AND NOWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF!
I had a burning oil smell and called up. They saw me right away. Found nothing wrong but noticed a couple of bulbs needed changing and it was time for an oil change. They did these right away while I waited. Very polite and efficient. Good price and great guys. Also got $15 off as first time customer!
Honest, friendly, affordable, and very knowledgeable about cars. I found him through my cousin and I’m sticking with him. Finding a good mechanic is so hard, I appreciate how throughout he was explaining and showing me what needed to be done with the car. I will recommend him to anybody that needs a mechanic.

My husband and I found Windres on a Google recommendation and his reviews led us to him. He is a very knowledgeable honest mechanic, extremely hard to find. He stands behind his work. If you need a knowledgeable honest reliable mechanic in Lake Worth, this is your man! He has taken care of several issues on my Malibu with accuracy and just as important a fair price.
Windres Auto Repair is without a doubt one of the BEST repair shops in West Palm Beach, FL. This is the reason why. I took my vehicle to a minimum of 3-4 different mechanics before I took it to Windres Auto Repair, and he repaired exactly what was wrong with it. I was told by the other mechanics, that the problem was this and/or that, but Windres identified the problem, and repaired it. Now my vehicle is running as it should, and I sincerely thank God for Windres, and his professional team. In fact, I have asked him to become my go to mechanic. He can be trusted, and he does NOT try and take advantage of women. I highly recommend Windres Auto Repair, if you want to keep your out-of-pocket cost low but quality of repairs high.

Highly recommended this shop! I was recommended to this place and couldn’t be happier with their services! First of all, the gentleman running this place is very pleasant and helpful. Hardworking and honest! He assures excellent customer service from the very beginning. I brought my car in on a Sunday and as soon as I got there he greeted me and asked me what the issue was. He then proceeded to explain how he would go about checking the problem out and making an estimate. From there he made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car. THEN, he physically showed me what was wrong with my car and why I needed to get certain parts replaced. My car had many issues to attend to so I brought my car back a few days later and he thoroughly inspected and did not return it to me until whatever needed to be resolved was resolved! I’m very happy with their services and will be coming back for my all car needs. Thank you sir!
I needed a place close to home as water had gotten in to my engine. I read the reviews and chose Windres even though it was a little far away. I’m so glad I did: responsive, thorough, fast, & service above and beyond what you see most places these days. 10 stars!
