Everyone was very polite and service was great! I asked for a fade and tyhe fade itself was on point. However after further inspection, after leaving the shop I realized that hair on top of my head that should have been cut with a 3 guard was all different lengths. He missed so much hair on top of my head it ruined the whole haircut! I looked in his small handheld mirror before I however the mirror was dingy and I didnt notice the details.. having to go to another shop to get my hair fixed. ????♂️
I went yesterday for a fade to this barbershop for the first time and I have never in 48 years got a haircut like this. It was by far the best haircut I ever received and my wife loves it!! You must go and let Mr. Wilson give you a cut. I have finally found a barber that knows what he's doing. You definitely have a lifetime customer.
I normally come here for a haircut, but when I went last week, they got to me soon as i got there. So i was thinking okay this guy knows what hes doing, Not until later on in the haircut i found out the guy who was cutting my hair was IN THE TRAINING PROCESS. He was barely cutting off any hair from what I could see, he kept going over in the same spot. The guy that normally cuts my hair was there, but was watching nervously as this guy was cutting my hair. It seemed he had no idea what he was doing. I told him i wanted a temp fade but then I changed to a drop fade. He thought they were the same haircut. So he kept asking the guy who normally cuts, to help him out and he was like nah man keep going. then later he finally saw it wasn't going that well so now there were two guy working on my head, there were people sitting down waiting for their turns and they were looking at what was going on and i knew this guy messed me up.There was even a guy who said "can you come on and give them the haircut they asked for. Which it wasn't what i asked for. I got to the barbershop at 10:45 and did not leave until 12:00. I had no intentions of being there that long. There needs to be better service and they need to distinguish the rookies from the experienced.
Not only are you receiving a great service. The prices are fair and you are getting done relatively quick. This shop has been open fora long time, but it still provides great service. They respect the social distancing mandate. Shop owner is friendly and good at what he does.
Took my now 4 yr old and 8 yr old there last Saturday 4/6/2019 to be exact coming from Atlanta for a fresh gair cut and omg, the atmosphere in there was just awsome, (BLACK FAMILY OWNED) WELCOME EVERYBODY, They did a great job with my boys and gave them both a fresh hair cut. My four yr old usually CRIES and moves around while getting a haircut but the Barber who cut my son's hair DID AN AMAZING JOB, MY SON DID NOT CRY AND SAT LIKE A BIG BOY, he took his time with my son. I found my new Barber in Athens ga, My 8 yr old had a different Barber he as well did an amazing job. I will update on names soon. Thank you guys so much. see you soon
I was recommended by a friend to try out Wilson Stylin Shop and I am very glad I did. The atmosphere of the shop was very inviting and uplifting. Highly recommend this shop!!! Very reasonably priced for a superior cut.
Never too crowded, environment is quiet. Barbers are skilled. I go to Leonard. He's awesome.
All I can say is LEONARD!! He deserves a lot of praise and more recognition with his talent. The guy is a God amongst men when it comes to using clippers.
