Best WLM Reviews

Jim, Mike, and the rest of the Wilson Auto crew are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We have been taking our cars to them for routine maintenance and repairs for 2 years now and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are trustworthy and don’t price gouge like other big-name shops. We can’t say enough great things about this shop!
Got my brakes and rotors done here, spending $600, price isn’t bad, but the quality of work is not that well and after about a few months of driving my car my brakes started to pulsate when coming to a stop, on several occasions I reached out to have my brakes checked out, I mean making appts and showing up to find out that my ca would’ve be seen, the appts being set where for a week out, in all the ONLY MECHANIC THERE IS….. is flat out careless and they will not honor the warranty that is paid for with your service as told when purchased!! The mechanic was careless about losing a customer, I will not return and I know for sure when JIM was alive and running that place he did well by his customers!!! Sad that this place has fallen to pieces with him gone! Don’t waste your time and money here!!
I have taken my car to Jim Wilson for servicing since 2003, and never been disappointed. He is honest, and hires men who share that bedrock virtue. Prices are fair. Work is excellent. If there is ever a problem, all can be sure he will stay with the repair until it is done with satisfaction. Wilson Auto Clinic is a rare and treasured resource.
Took 3 weeks to fix my car and still not fixed but charged 800$. Be aware about this business.
They did not fix my car correctly. I went a second time Dave claimed he didn't see anything. I had to take it to another mechanic to fix what they did. Tried to get a refund very rude Dave did nothing to rectify the issue. He is abrasive and unprofessional. Never take your car there
I brought my vehicle to get repairs when engine light came on. They fixed it 3 times at $90.00 a pop. It was never fixed correctly. So I took it to Ford and they fixed it right the first time and that particular issue was under warranty, no charge. I just can't trust Wilson's anymore.
Fantastic experience, friendly, flexible, and affordable. Had my Titan serviced here twice, dead battery and faulty window actuator. They replaced the battery and reset all my sensors and quickly replaced my actuator. Hard to find a hard and honest shop, but this is one. Highly recommend.
Incredibly unprofessional service. I brought my vehicle in and was told that a mechanic would take a look at it that afternoon and call me back with the details and what needs to be done. I looked up their hours online which say they are open until 7. Well I waited...and waited. By 6pm I went ahead and called them myself, but got no response. I paid for a cab to take me back to the their shop only to find that they'd closed before 7pm. I go to my car and find in UNLOCKED and apparently someone had gone through my belongings as I found items from my glove compartment on the floor and the compartment between the seats open and rummaged through. I thank God that I did not leave my valuables in the vehicle. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and was told it would cost "six seventy five" to fix the brakes. I said "I'm sorry, did you say six hundred and seventy-five dollars?" The response from the fool on the phone was, "well it isn't six dollars and seventy five cents." I promptly walked back to the shop in the rain to pick up my vehicle. When I told the man my car had been unlocked he swore they locked it and someone must've broken into it.... Sure, that sounds like the truth. SIGH. The incompetence and irresponsibility of the employees at this shop is astounding! These people aren't fit to even fix a bicylce, let alone a motorized vehicle. Bring your car here at YOUR OWN RISK. The former owner Jim has retired and this place is a disaster. You have been warned. I seriously encourage you all to take your business elsewhere.
