I purchased 5 tickets to the mother’s day event marketed as brunch and a show. We arrived only to find out brunch was not included in the $50 and beverages were not included in the additional $35. Words can’t capture the disorganization of the event. I must say that the staff remained very friendly despite the chaos. Nearly two hours into the three hour event, the food was ready but came out cold. The flavor was good but I discovered a huge piece of plastic in my grits. I informed my friendly waiter and as expected…no manager, no discussion no apology just relief that the event was winding down. I wanted this to be a great experience but it simply was not. I will say that I thought the comedian was good and as a professional he addressed the elephant in the room after speaking with several attendees.
This was my 2nd time at Wilson’s. I brought my family for Mother’s Day jazz and jokes. We had to wait about 30-35 minutes in line outside before we got seated. It was a buffet because of the holiday. The food was okay. I didn’t realize it was going to be buffet only which was $35 on top of the $50 cover charge. The waitress only really came to get payment but otherwise didn’t help much. I asked for water and never got it. My husband got a mimosa from the bar for me. The jazz band was good. The warm up comedian was over the top and not in a good way. His jokes were not funny for Mother’s Day attendees. We drove a hour from North Jersey and I could have gotten an actual funny comedian at the Stress Factory in New Brunswick. The headliner was much better and actually funny but we left early because we were disappointed truthfully. It was just distasteful and I probably won’t come back for another event it’s not worth the drive or hassle . Last time I was here the service was better today was more like 2.5 stars ⭐️.
We had a party of 6. We were seated, and the waitress took our orders. Glasses filled with cool refreshing water with lemon on the side. Drinks were served while we awaited our meals. Brunch was delicious. The DJ got the crowd involved. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Ladies' room was immaculate. I would recommend Wilson's.
First time at Wilson’s for a birthday brunch. Overall the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the food wasn’t what I expected. Wilsons marketed a famous chef, we expected better. Some of our food came out cold and wasn’t made with love. A few of us received a nice gift, stomach issues after. This location is doing something to bring an amazing atmosphere for those who are looking to drink, eat and party but the DJ wasn’t adding to this atmosphere. Songs were played on repeat and due to the “2 hour table limit” the DJ wasn’t shying away from letting the patrons know it was soon time to rush and get up or get out. This I personally didn’t like. Let’s talk about the tipping process. Ordered one drink and after reviewing the receipt there was gratuity added. This was shocking. Will I return? Likely but I wouldn’t go for food and will pay cash only.
Nothing but Five Stars, and more. First time there because of the hype. Wilson's is an experience! The vibe is everything. The music is on point with DJ & Hype Man! The food, the food, the food, and the food are delicious and comforting. No words can express the great drinks that they serve, creative and delicious. Thank you for the Wilson's Live Experience, will definitely return and recommend others to come out! Jersey Girl!!
Went for brunch, we were seated pretty quickly but it took the waitress 30 min to bring glasses then another 15 min to bring the water. We had a party of 6 but had two menus on the table. The waitress then returned about 10 mins later with the additional menus and asked if we were ready to order, yes two of us were but the other four just received the menu. I ordered Korean fried chicken and it was definitely just floured breaded fried chicken drizzled the sauce… not what I was expecting since I love Korean fried chicken. Our food came out an hr later and our waffles were cold so we waited about 20 min before we could alert our waitress she much have thrown them in the microwave so they were hot and rubbery.. the fried chicken with one of our parties waffles looked and tasted like it was fried in old oil. The steak was requested medium well is was medium well until 1/4 way then just red. We kept trying to get the waitress attention she was no where to be found.. the female manager rolled her eyes after we asked if we could see the waitress. So now guess what they are making an announcement everyone must leave as they have another event but we had just received our food about 5-8 mins before so we had to box up the undercooked, rubbery food to take home because they had another event and this party wasn’t important enough to be allowed to finish food that was just received on our table. the manager is not customer friendly, the attitude as if someone is bothering her is amazing… she walks around with a uninviting mannerism. We paid our check with the built in 20% gratuity and we didn’t even have the waitress for a total of 10 min the entire time we were there, an automatic tip equals mediocre service. I assumed it was just for groups but it’s for all checks. The one saving grace for me is the entertainment.
I heard about this place and have waiting to get a free moment in busy schedule to check it out.
The drive from Delaware was worth it. A grown folks night.

Being a professional dj/entertainer myself i will say I was highly impressed.
I will be back.
The food was pretty good and the champagne tower was worth it but we waited entirely too long for food. We waited over an hour for breakfast food. It took so long that they were switching over services and they said we would have to go. They did rectify the situation by deeply discounting the bill and the staff was nice, DJ good but because of the wait I probably won’t be back.
