I am a consistent paying customer and the service I received today was awful. A young lady name by the name of “Julia” gave horrible customer service and no effort to help. I wanted to use my points for a fountain drink. She replied “I don’t see it maybe next time you come”. Instead of asking a manager for clarity. I asked a young lady who was just starting her shift to help me. She referred me to a manager who then referred me to a young lady who is on the opposite side of the restaurant. She assisted me right away. The young lady “Julia” was totally looking down on me and every time I added anything extra she told me it was extra money. I called Human Resources department I spoke with a lady by the name of “Martha” I told her olives was in my food. She said it might have just spilled over by mistake. Not knowing my husband is allergic to olives who was sharing the gold bowl with me. I will not be back here although the food is amazing!
I do apologize for not getting more detailed pictures of the ingredient sections, menu selections, and even the nacho to go plate I chose (the good stuff is under the veggies). That being said you can choose from beef, steak, and different flavors of chicken ????. Not shown there are several sauces: hot, mild, green, and spicy. The team members were nice, service was great, selection was fresh, and for roughly around $12 the portions were good ????????
I visit this location a couple of times per week on my lunch break at work nearby and i keep coming here because the food is fresh, tasty, they have a wide variety and the service is always fast and friendly despite a huge lunch rush crowd every day. The line is going out the door but they always manage to move everyone through quickly. I come here so often the ladies dont even ask what i want anymore, they see me walk in and start making it the way i like it right away LOL!! Great place!
My coworker suggested this place because of the spice level they offer for their chicken. I had the 8 pc wing combo with a side of baked beans. I asked for the hottest level which is "howlin". The restaurant is located inside Willy's Mexican restaurant. It's minimal seating cause Willys is always busy due to the airline employees that come through. There's also a outside patio area but it was too hot to sit outside that day. The chicken came out hot but the spice level wasn't hot to me. I eat hot food all the time and was looking forward to see if the spice level was up to par. I do appreciate the chicken bring cooked to order. The baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. Not a fan of them at all plus they were room temp. Next time I'll try to tacos or tenders and fries. Customer service was good. I will be back. Parking is tight too cause it shares a lot with Johnny's Pizza and Willys.
My experience in this establishment was great today. Marcus served me well. He made sure I had the things I requested. Ebony noticed I didn’t like my chips. She made and brought me fresh chips. I will visit this location again. The service was impeccable! Thanks Team. Dr. Keaton
Terrible service! I will never order from this location again. The cheese dip was watered down. I ordered two kids meals. I did not receive the chips, salsa, cookies or water bottles that comes with them. When asked, the staff member stated that they were out of cookies. There was no reason for the chips not being in the bag. After getting home, that's when I saw that the cheese dip was completely watered down. The food and service was completely unacceptable. $5 for cheese dip that no one ate because it's water. The staff members were completely unbothered by their mistakes.
Food was great and fresh! Killed the quinoa bowl with steak.
Just went to dine in at Willy's. Food was great. The service was impeccable. The manager Marcus was very professional and made sure everything was good. Treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant.
