tried to charge for the price of a new tire when it had a hole in it, and was very wared off never let us know that it was in that condition until I asked to inspect the tire. What socks is that he made us wait 2 hours just to yell at us. I really don't recommend this guys service. He also came after us and chased me down whenever he saw my first review thankfully I didn't pull over. He later called me on another phone and started name-calling very unprofessional he needs to find another profession.
I called Willis roadside today for my daughters flat tire on the side of the busy I 26 .. a nice man picked up the phone said if I send him the location, he would be right there. he did just what he said. excellent service very fair priced. Can’t thank him enough for helping my daughter with her blow out on I 26.

Sold me a tire and rim for$175.00 he said it was not a recap which I told him it was, I drove for less than 50 miles and the tire blew out which caused a bunch of damage to my vehicle. Contacted him for a partial refund for the tire he never responded. Will definitely not recommend him for nothing....stay away. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Mr. Willis did an amazing job! We had a blown tire on I-26 and we called around for someone to change the tire. We called Mr. Willis and he was professional and arrived to us quickly. He ensured our vehicle’s tire was changed promptly. He called and gave us updates to let us know his arrival time. We appreciate the great customer service!
This guys Onwer is really rude I call for pricing. He’s talking like he’s sleeping. Over price I ask what brand for that tires he say he don’t know I told him he’s doing business wrong he go of on me rode I hope you have bless day I don’t recommend this company
The man who came out to truck did a fine job. Issue is with quoted one price for job and charged another price for job. Told 125 to swap out tire and charged 155 when finished
Had to call Willis during a road trip from North Carolina to Florida. Car broke down showing transmission light and would not go faster than five mph. Called Willis around 7:45AM and he was out within an hour and completely fixed our issue and got us back on the road as soon as he could. Very cool guy! Thanks so much for your efforts!! Happy we made it home. ????
