This business restores my faith in humanity…seriously. My family and I stopped at Hinkley for lunch and came back to a truck that wouldn’t start. Roadside assistance dispatched Williams, on a Sunday, and they were there in 10 min. Truck wouldn’t take a jump so they loaded it up on their flatbed to take back to the shop. This was about 4pm on Sunday. I ended up staying at the casino that night to wait for the repair. The shop called me first thing in the morning that they were almost done with the repair as they had a part available. The driver came BACK to the casino to pick me up and delivered me to the shop to get my, now starting, truck. The speed and care they took knowing that we were still a couple hours from home was amazing. They are truly a diamond in the rough. We live south of Minneapolis but I would, without question, drive the 100 miles to have them work on any of our vehicles again.

My car broke down on a Saturday night on my way back up to Duluth from the Twin Cities. I called Williams at 4:15 and spoke to Jeff. After talking him, he came and towed me to his shop, reopened after he was closed, sourced the parts, and fixed my vehicle and had me on my way quickly. I sincerely appreciate Jeff and Marty going the extra mile to help me get back home with a vehicle that didn't need to be towed all the way to Duluth and then get hit with the repair cost too...top notch service!!

While traveling from Texas to Duluth Mn. We caught a flat and the nuts were swollen. They showed up quickly and were able to change the tire . Both gentlemen were very kind.

I recommend Williams Towing & Repair to everyone looking at this review. Jeff and his gang were very courteous and helpful. Broke down in North Branch on way home to Illinois. Got us back on the road very quickly and very reasonable price. Even his customer offered us a ride to a hotel. What a great place!

Jeff is absolutely amazing! I loved the service I got! They were super fast and very affordable and friendly I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Not To mention they put a tire on my car on Christmas eve so I could get to see my boys for Christmas. They are amazing.

I had a breakdown on I35 just South of Hinckley. I called Williams T&R and Jeff provided a tow to their repair shop in 15 minutes. He had a mechanic look at my vehicle right away, parts delivered and my vehicle working in 2 hours. Great service and a very fair price. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff is a super fair business owner and human being. My insurance tasked him with towing my car, and he offered to do the repairs needed on my car. My insurance accepted. The tow truck driver drove out of their way to grab my car keys to get it into their shop, when I was busy working and not able to get to them where my car was stuck. They did the repairs and did the challenging task of working with my insurance to get it done. There was confusion on how my insurance was handling payment and Jeff didn't sweat it when I arrived to pick up my car. Absolute professional! I listened to him handle some phone calls and he just seems like such a good person. I lucked out breaking down near Williams Towing & Repair and I wish Jeff and his team all the best!
