I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and professionalism I experienced at Williams Body & Paint. Jerome the owner is a quy that's truly passionate about doing a quality job. After many estimates from different shops in the Springs I chose Williams Body & Paint. The main reason I chose this shop isn't because the price was any cheaper. I had other estimates that were cheaper and after looking at the others work so was it. After putting 35k plus in my vehicle I wasn't looking for necessarily the cheapest job I was looking for a quality one. People that care about quality and want the most quality for their hard earned money need not look any further. In my opinion this shop does quality work and puts the customer first. I just added the 2nd phase of photos to this post and the proof is in the paint. When the body work is top notch this is the result. Paint that looks wet when it's completely dry.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I came in for a simple hail damage estimate and they kept my car for 5 days without ever calling me. I called them multiple times and they kept saying it wasn’t ready yet. So eventually I called and said I was on my way to get my car whether it was or ready or not. I got no paperwork or emails. Now they say they have no record of me being there ????????♀️
The service provided by Williams Body and Paint was awesome. My car was fixed in a couple of days and was washed/vacuumed out as well. Shout out JJ and all the others for the great service! If I ever have anymore car problems I will definitely come back to Williams Body and Paint.
They fixed the hail damage to our Mazda CX9 and it turned out PERFECT! And the office crew is very personable, courteous and efficient as well as Jerome the owner.
Went there to get an estimate and was helped by Robert. They were super-efficient as well as very professional, Was very impressed with the knowledge that they had and I would recommend them from what I saw and am looking forward to having them perform work for me.
The first few pics shows the damages that were done after a massive hail storm. The last pic shows the completed work. Over $15k in damages to my truck. After i gotten my truck back it looked like it never happened. Everything on the right side had to replaced. Along with a new hood and the roof. There was a few more things also. But i am extremely happy. Everything looks perfect and Wayne took care of me and made sure the truck was well taken care off. I also gotten it back before the scheduled date.
The quality of work is good, but poor communication, over promising and under delivering results is why I am never using this place again.

Originally quoted ~$3,500 then called me one week after dropping off the car saying it will be ~$5,000.
Under Estimated job completion by 2.5 weeks
Before I dropped the car off I called and specifically asked if the car could be ready by a certain date (which was 8 working days). I was told yes it could be ready by then, so I dropped off the car with the expectation that I would only need a rental for about a week.
Well, long story short it took me an entire month before I got my car back resulting in me not having it at all for the Holidays and spending a ridiculous amount on Turo car so I could get to work.
I'm pretty easy going and understanding, but I will not be using this shop again. I believe one of the body shop workers got sick and delayed my vehicle being fixed, but this was even after the original promised date.
TLDR: Quote was way lower than actual price. Time to fix was 4 weeks instead of 1.5 as I was told.
