My Highlander broke down outside of Spokane on a Saturday. Towed it to their shop and they looked at it and diagnosed the issue before I even called the following Monday. Being out of state I couldn't retrieve the vehicle for another week and they were kind enough to keep it there no fuss. Great people to work with. Dave specifically helped a lot! Excellent service! The staff was able to get my car in the same day I called, they were friendly and professional, and didn’t try to do any unnecessary services. Dave, the owner, also took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I highly recommend this shop.
Fair prices on parts & labor. Other shops said book showed 8, 10 + hours & inflated the part x 4! Dave gave me the true book hours of 4.5. Every tho it tried out to be something different, he corrected the problem, after getting an ok from me 1st.
BIG TV, clean wash room. And a Military discount too. Highly recommend...

Williams automotive came recommended to me from a friend, and I will recommend them to all of my friends. They took in my Subaru Outback h6, which are a pain, figured out the problem, and got it back to me two days later. I’m very impressed and will be a return customer. Good honest shop and good honest prices!
Fast friendly service . honest repairs and if things come up you get a call asking what you want to do .....most other shops just try to screw everybody over. Very impressed with work and price but the honesty in what's really needed to fix the real problems is such a welcome change. Also they will come get you and car if you break down along road!!
