I was referred to Mike years ago and recently went to him to get work done, I thought pass business dealings I could trust him I was wrong he overcharged me, didn’t fix what he said he done, don’t communicated well, had to take him to small claims court and he didn’t want to honor the court agreement! 0 STARS 4REAL!
These guys are fast first of all their work is awesome. I've never had one complaint since I've been taking my fleet of vehicles there/since 2015
This is the worst experience of my life. These people CARE NOTHING about the people who drop their cars off to them. They had my car for 6 MONTHS, was giving money upfront AND still did not fix the problem as they had no idea what was wrong with it. I eventually had to pay to get my car back and with im ONE day another more professional mechanic found the problem. Mike, his dad and his mom care nothing about their customers and are just there to take money from people!
I was referred to Mike and told he did good work. I needed my AC repaired and my rotors done on my 2012 Accord. He took my car Wednesday morning and told me it would be a day tops. A day later he calls and says he can’t fix the AC bc he doesn’t know how to replace the ECM(computer). Then says he needs more time bc the calipers and brakes were two different sizes on the front tires(easy fix). Then proceeds to tell me he can’t work on it Friday bc he has some stuff he has to do. Calls me Friday night at 7pm and tells me it’s ready to be picked up. I go Saturday morning to pick up. I call text and knock on shop door and NO ANSWER! I drive all the back into town 30min and he calls back and says he was there the whole time! Then get the bill and he charges me $500! Extremely Unprofessional and is on his own time frame! Kept my car for 4 days to change brakes and rotors and didn’t even fix the AC! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! Should’ve taken my car to Michael Mudd front the jump!
I gave them my truck to repair in May. It’s almost November n every time I ask about it I get the run around. He tells me come back in two weeks every time I come up there. He got his money up front. I’m about to go get my truck and my money at this point. I would not recommend.
I've used Williams from someone's referral. I've had to take my vehicle 3 times because of remanufactured part failure. On the third time he gave me a break on labor. My 90 seville is back to him for same no start condition. Not sure if starter relay, ignition switch, faulty connection, starter again or some other cause for no start. Its been couple of days now I'm hoping its not serious. Great service with professional results is why I'm a repeat customer.
Mr.Mike is a good person he just doesn't know how to run a buisness. Instead of doing cars on schedule as they come he bounces from car to car never getting anything complete. The elderly people who answer the phone cannot hear so you have to shout. My car was there for a week + and he still had yet to fix the issue. The buisness is infested with roaches so they just vibe on the counters and it smells awful in there!
I'd advise taking your car somewhere else, it isn't worth the unprofessional interaction and the risk of an infestation in your car.
The WORST!
I took my SUV here because I was told they did good work and had affordable prices. I wouldn't know, my SUV never got fixed.
I dropped it off on March 1st which was a Monday, was told it would be ready in a few days, had not heard from them by the following Monday, rode by and the SUV had not been moved, called them and they said sorry they were a little behind but it would be ready by Friday March 12th. We call on March 12th, was told they hadn't got to it yet but it would be ready next week. I never heard from them the following week and after riding by and seeing it still had not been moved I waited it out. Finally I gave in and called them on April 6th (a Tues) around 8am and had to leave a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. Called them back on April 8th (Thurs), talked to his mom, she put me on hold to get the status and came back to the phone to tell me it would be ready on Monday April 12th. I explained I had been told this before and she reconfirmed that she was told it would be done. I called back on April 13th to make sure it actually was ready before I rode over to pick it up. Nope! She pushed me off til Friday again (April 16th). I called back on April 16th and it was STILL NOT READY. I asked to speak with Mike because they have had my SUV since March 1st and I have been told several times it would be ready, she put me on hold, then came back to the phone to tell me he wasn't going to argue with anyone it would be ready next week. I said, I keep getting told the same thing, she preceded to tell me how busy they were with all the cars and just give them a few more days. Called again on April 26th, same story. I work 2hrs away from home every day, thank goodness I have alternate transportation otherwise I would be screwed, but I have already had to pay to get it transported there and now have not only had to find another place to take it but a way to transport it off of his lot. My SUV was picked up on May 26th, nothing had been touched on it, and no one said a word when it was picked up. They don't care!
I understand a garage being behind. But be upfront about it. Don't tell someone a few days when you know it's going to be months. There is no car catastrophe that could have happened that would have made my car get pushed in line from a few days to several months. He chose to fix other cars instead of mine
