Fast and friendly. Had my car a to Firestone for 4 days when they said they couldn't fix the car. Had the car towed to William auto electric and they fixed it in less then a day. Very friendly staff Ricky was a big help
Horrible service does not recommend to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Is my money different from any other customer? When your car is your primary source of transportation and employees don’t seem to be urgent or care about your car issues really leave a bad taste about the business. Called since yesterday at 8:33am to have car towed and serviced wasn’t towed until the next day. A little after 8 a.m the following morning the car was just picked up. Called after lunch time to check on the progress of the vehicle was told to call the following day around lunch time? ???? really felt like I was given the run around. Kind words of advice Please due better as far as your communication with your customers who are more than willing to pay for your services.

CALLED THEM EARLIER ABOUT GETTING A STATOR REBUILT THE LADY TELL ME TO CALL BACK BECAUSE THE GUY I NEEDED TO TALK WAS OUT ON CALL SO NOW I'VE BEEN CALLING BACK ALL DAY THEY'RE NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS LIKE THEY'RE IGNORING ME BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE PHONE HAVE A BUSY SIGNAL THEN I CALL BACK IT JUST KEEPS RINGING WITH NO ONE ANSWERING
