Incredible experience with Willaim's. They are honest and fair. Unlike most micanics they try to save you money. My abs sensor was bad and rather than just assumimg I wanted it replaced and charging for an aditonal part they called and asked me if that was something I wanted. Great communication from them every step of the way. They inspected my car, called to tell me what they found and then asked if I wanted them order parts and do the work. The next day it was repaired and ready to pick up, so there quick. They truly care about the people in this community. That's refreshing.
How refreshing to find a business that over delivers! My Subaru Outback broke down just outside of town on the coldest night of the year, and when I called around to find someone to replace my serpentine belt, other shops told me they couldn’t get it in for weeks. William was so helpful, getting my car in right away, hunting down parts from multiple suppliers, and getting it fixed in 2 hours for a very reasonable price.
William has always done a great job for us. He recently put new shocks on our 4 runner and he did it quickly, on budget and with awesome results. Highly recommended.
William took time out of his busy day to assist me in deciding on whether or not to buy a used car. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me enough about the car that I was able to decide it was not a great purchase. He could have easily told me to buy it and charged me for repairs but he obviously isn't that kind of guy. I will be reaching out to him to inspect any car I'm considering buying and gladly pay his reasonable fees to save thousands on repairs over the life of the car.
William has worked on both my 87 Toyota pickup and my 94 Toyota landcruiser. I normally do my own repairs but when I’m stumped I call him. He’s been able to trouble shoot issues quickly that I never would have spotted, knocked them out in good time with quality parts and charged me fairly. Always quality work. I will be a continued customer.
My brakes went out as we were passing through Salida. I had a whole minivan full of kids and was desperate to make it to Denver. William had us on the road in no time. He is a true professional and very friendly. He charged us a fair price and I haven't had any brake problems since. My only regret is that I don't live anywhere near Salida - otherwise I'd give him all my business!
On our drive home to Denver our 2017 Highlander over heated in the late afternoon. Two other shops could not help us but William said “give me an hour and I’ll check out your car”. He found the water pump failed and quickly ordered a new one to be delivered from Colorado Springs the following morning. We left our car with him and checked into a motel. By 1:00 the following day the job was completed. He readied the car in the evening so he could complete the job when the pump arrived in the morning. William was sincere and professional and we were grateful to be on our way in a timely fashion.

Husband and I called William when in town for an overnight and our Honda CRV refused to idle. We were dead in the water. He knew the problem as we described it over the phone. He squeezed us in and had it corrected in no time. The car runs better than it has since we purchased it ! Highly recommend!
