Dr Reisacher was amazing! He listen to all of my issues! I’m excited to try my immunotherapy! We were taking a long trip all the way down to New York City to be able to speak to him, and he was very respectful of our time and very attentive listener.
He is well mannered but he examined me for less than 5 minutes and then I had to take a hearing test. Seemed liked the testing that was made was very unnecessary considering he said my ears and nose were fine after five minutes.
I do think the nurses who run the hearing test need more “bedside manners.” If I didn’t have a hearing problem before the exam I probably had one when I left because the ear piece was really jammed into my ear drum during the exam.
Overall, I will never return to this doctor or location again.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish, everyone was so kind and friendly; the doctor was very patient with all my questions and took time to answer them and explain the options for my treatment. The facilities were very modern and clean, definitely recommend them!
As Dr. Reisacher was explaining the potential various causes for my Tinitus, and the possible approaches to evaluate potential causes in my particular case, I asked him if I would be able to find these same recommendations in my Patient Portal under our visit notes. He responded that he wasn't going to write all of those details down and that I just had to remember what he was saying. I found this to be unlike any other doctor I have been seen by at Weill Cornell, as well as extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been able to find helpful and informative visit summaries in my Patient Portal account so I can know how to advocate for myself, but this doctor was actually quite odd. I would absolutely not recommend this doctor to anyone. Request a different doctor in that department if you want your Tinitus evaluated or possible causes for an individual, at Weill Cornell.
Dr Reisacher was very pleasant and seemed competent. He was willing to entertain questions. We'll see if I get better! He has been very helpful in his analysis and suggestions.
Absolutely awaful doctor. Completely dismissed all of my symptoms claiming my allergies are bad because I am taking allergy medicine, when his colleague is the one who prescribed me the medicine. I am having pain from sinus pressure and he told me there was nothing I could do to help alleviate the pain. Left worse off than I went in, what an absolute waste of time and money to see this incompetent insensitive moron.
Great experience with Dr.Reisacher. I felt like he actually listened and gave me his honest opinion on my condition. I appreciated the fact that he was able to asnwer all of my questions and referred meto the apporpriate people. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that he seems like a self reliant doctor who doesn't rely on his staff for everything, which is pretty cool. Something as simple as him taking my registration forms instead of telling me give it to the front desk gave me a good impression. I would definitely be recommedning this doctor to any one looking for an ENT specialist.
Dr. Reisacher made an appointment with me on short notice and when I arrived, he saw me promptly. A very unusual and pleasant experience these days!
