Dave and Chris were absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. This was my first time buying a car, and there was no pressure for me to buy. When I first walked through the doors, Dave was eager to help. I already knew exactly what I wanted and he allowed me to review the vehicle independently. Once I returned from the test drive, Chris was also there to greet me. We were able to negotiate a fair offer on the car and that was the easiest part! I couldn't believe how reasonable and personable they both were! Very patient too. I decided that day to sleep on the offer and they were more than happy to give me the time. I returned that Monday to purchase the car and they really proved themselves! Dave worked and worked to get me the best rate possible, which of course, I am so thankful for! I drove away healthy (without stress), confident and happy with my 2014 Toyota Corolla!
My experiencing here was downright embarrassing--for them! They had two MINI Coopers on their lot (few and far between in Springfield, so I wanted to see them both). Gave me the keys to one and battery in the car was dead. They didn't even know it was dead until I tried driving it. Not a good sign. I asked if I could just drive the other one instead and was told "they drive totally differently." When I said I knew that, but I was interested in both, he just said "no it's no problem, just hang on a sec." He proceeded to get jumper cables while the keys to the other MINI were given to someone else (my guess is he thought the other people were more worth their time because we outright asked about prices, which are not listed on the vehicles by the way). He couldn't get the first MINI running, and when he went back inside we made a break for it and drove off the lot as fast as possible. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.
I bought a 2010 Toyota Venza and I absoltely love it! Dave Barton the finance manager went above and beyond to get us the lowest possible interest rate on the loan! I ended up trading my 2007 car, financing for a shorter period of time, and having a lower payment! I was so impressed with the level of customer service that Dave provided for us. They were very down to earth, treated us just like we were family. Not pushy at all. I would highly recomend that you go and give them ! :) We have not had any problems with our vehicle at all!
We bought our vehicle over the weekend, in the contract he wrote that if our mechanic found anything wrong with the vehicle we could bring it back and the contract would be null and void! That to me speaks volumes to their level or customer satisfacation.
Like I said before give them a chance I think you will be just as happy!
Worst experience in my life! Not only did the salesman show rude behavior but also failed to show me the car. He promptly gave me the keys and walked back inside.. despite having an appointment with me! I liked the vehicle, but hated the service. Congrats on losing a sale!
Bentley purchased w/assurance condition was pristine. Car had numerous issues. Thousands of $ to repair-refused to communicate. Unresolved by Willard.
Vehicle marketed on internet by dealer. Based on verbal and email promises by sales rep (George) and owner (Charles)of vehicle condition being in pristine condition- agreed to purchase vehicle.
Promises by dealer begin changing- i.e. no 2nd key, mileage was completely different that advertised 7933 (actual 8793+). I agreed to handling of key issue (50/50 split cost -approx $600) and accepted additional mileage; and immediately wired money to company.
Car (Bentley) was delivered by Willard representative. Upon delivery immediately noted various items either not functional and several items required repair service. I contacted rep (George) same day. I sent numerous emails with pictures to "owner" Charles Willard- no response. After approx 1 1/2 months, attempted to contact rep (George). Briefly spoke with sales rep (George)and told of issues. Briefly spoke with Charles- then no communication. I have spent in excess of $5000 to date to try to bring vehicle to make properly functional.
I stopped by Willard Motors on Saturday, May 19, to inquire about a 2013 Range Rover Evoque listed online. The vehicle was not on the lot. When I asked if someone else was test-driving it, I was told that it had been loaned to a family member. Salesperson seemed uninterested and continued texting and/or playing a game on his cellphone.
Whoever was working March 1st, 2018 around 2 PM needs to be fired immediately. I have never had someone who is supposedly supposed to try and sell me something, be more rude to me in my life. I went in knowing what they had on the lot and what I was looking for and the guy never greeted me, or stopped texting or playing on his phone the entire time I was talking to him. He never even made eye contact with me or looked up once. Extremely rude and told me I should probably look somewhere else. Didn’t even offer to show me or anything on the lot or make any suggestions. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great selection of very nice cars! Great people to deal with and salesman was very helpful and friendly. Looked at several cars and he was patient and kind answering questions and helping me figure out what everything did. Pleasant place to do business with!!
