Had my shackles and leaf springs on both sides replaced. They were very nice and got it done very quickly and did a fantastic job. I don't trust many shops near me to work on my vehicle but I definitely recommend wilkesberre spring.
What a great shop and service. I had two broken leaf springs on my camper and explained that I had reservations tomorrow for a planned NY trip. They got me right in and did an outstanding job. Employees were very friendly and great to talk to. Highly recommend. Great price!
Had steering wheel wobble after putting on a new set of tires at Jack Williams in Dallas...never had one before that. Dallas store balanced my tires 3 times and said I had 3bent rims. I then took it to Jack Williams in Kingston for a road force balance...they said I had one wheel bent. Still had the steering wobble so decided to try an alignment. Took it to Wilkes-Barre Spring(Falzone) they aligned it but still had the wobble. They,on their own, took this as a personal challenge and rebalanced my front tires that had already been "balanced"4 times prior and I'll be damned if THEY did it right. They will DEFINITELY be getting ALL my future vehicle work from here on out.....NO QUESTION!!! Excellent service Excellent staff....Thank you Guys!!!!!
We deal with Danny and WB Spring frequently, they almost always have what we need in stock and if they don't they get it quickly and take care of us in a timely manner.

They did great work on my motor home with adding leaf springs to the rear, which lifted it enough so it doesn't bottom out.
Had new rear springs put on my Chevy in less than 2 hours. Could not be happier with the price or service!
